Ordered baked Lasagna with meat sauce. Sauce was like orange sugar water. Meat was invisible. They also cannot provide a cup of water forcing one to buy a bottle of water. Have had better experiences here in the past but seems they have new staff who are not yet up to snuff.

As a kid in high-school I always went bu the busters at londonderry mall and ordered a slice for $5 and a pop as a student meal deal.I have alot of fond memories of this pizza growing up and I still think it's one of the better donair pizzas in Edmonton.

a young man at the front was very rood, and disrespectful ,he gets frustrated at the costumer in front of me she asked him to finish with her orther indeed he was unprofessional call her f....k of , that was horrible to hear ,I lost my appetite :( I will never come to this place again.

Awful awful service dripping with sarcasm and rudeness. I asked for a pepperoni pizza with pineapple. The girl asked if I was asking for a half and half and I said no a pepperoni pizza with pineapple on it. She recoiled and went to whisper in her managers ear and then he came over. And I asked if that was a difficult ask…he said ya because she’s new and doesn’t know the system with major attitude. So I said ok see you later. And he said bye see you never.This is absolutely horrible service. Never ever support this business. Very disappointing.

The pizza was nice,buy when employee came out from back he was touching,scratches his nose,I almost puked,no gloves also,very dirty and he was very rude.Never again.
Extremely RUDE and Immature cashier/customer-facing staff at this stall in Londonderry Food court.Even when there are no customers, they did not begin to prepare my order until I came back to ask for it! They even asked me “You’re the one who ordered ____ right?” After they gave me a time estimate and when to come back, I expected it to be done in the time they estimated for themselves to be done, rather than forgetting what I ordered and asking again when i came back!Instead of going on your phones unprofessionally and UNHYGIENICALLY in front of the booth where customers can see you, please manage your time responsibly as an employee and get customer orders right and in a timely manner.Extremely disappointing, there are plenty of LOCAL amazing pizza places don’t waste your money here.

I just went in there and got a small vegetarian pizza from here few minutes ago. At first, the attitude of that pizza guy was very rude. And the price he charged me is different from that of the website that has been mentioned. The customer service was so poor, he didn’t even offered me any dip. Just threw the pizza. Even the taste of the pizza was not like I tasted before. The pizza was too salty. The black olives smelt soo bad.Never will visit this location again.
