My family and I went here for for an early dinner. The drinks, service and atmosphere were very good. The food on the other hand wasn't the greatest. The pasta was okay, the calamari rings were a bit chewy and lightly too breaded. And the breaded cheese could have been hotter.

I wish I would have read the reviews before dining here. I ordered the Lasagna and it was absolutely tasteless, I’m sad to say it was the worst I’ve ever had. I would not recommend to anyone, and I see there are several others reviews saying the exact same thing.It’s nice they give buns and the mozzarella sticks were very good.My wife ordered a latte and it was low quality she only had 2 sips and then left the glass full on the table. Service and atmosphere were great.

Very loud and could barely talk at our table. Service seemed sluggish for getting a glass of water and our bills at the end of the night. Food was good but definitely felt like portions have gotten smaller over the years.
We were there Good Friday celebrating an anniversary - our first visit in 10 years. The service, atmosphere and prices were all very good. Sadly both of our dishes, the Al Forno lasagna and breaded veal were well below expectations. Calamari and Caesar salad were just ok. House red was quite good.

absolutely the worst service i’ve ever had in my entire life. the male waiter acted bored and uninterested when taking our order. 15 min later he came back asking us what we wanted to eat, we reminded him we already ordered and he said he forgot to ring it in. both our entrees came before our salads, and both were the wrong dishes we didn’t order and couldn’t eat. we later got our salads as we were leaving. we understand honest mistakes but our server had no care in the world and when we spoke to a manager he didn’t think it was a big deal and gave us a coupon for 20% off. needless to say we will never be back and will no longer be recommending this disgrace of a restaurant. when you are treated this poorly with no remorse you don’t forget it. this experience with the server and the manager really speaks to the quality of service here and how they treat customers. it’s laughable how badly this restaurant is ran.

The greatest Italian food restaurant in Edmonton. Excellent atmosphere, and Lorenzo is one of the most pleasant, outgoing servers in town . And you can't beat price either on Tuesdays nor Mondays?.
