Ordered food on our birthday. Order was wrong and the guy on the phone was very arrogant. Didn’t accept his mistake and keep on making excuses. I told him that i cant drive right now because i have kid at home. He said bring the food after 2 days as i don't have ride for 2 days and he can give me a replacement food.Issue is not only the money but also its me and my husband birthday its ruined and he was not even sorry.I will never leave a bad comment to any small business if its a mistake and owner accepts it. Its all about customer service.
Order veg fried momos and steamed momos, and I got paneer sabji filled momos, nooodles like leftover and only taste like red chillies…not even single star… don’t waste your money pls…now see arrogant reply from owner….lol.

Came in here, no one at the til, I had to call to get service at the front. They said it would take 15 min for my food. It's now been 28 min. Only one other customer has come in and she left without ordering. There were 2 delivery pickups.The other customer left because most of the flavours were spicy, and they also couldn't describe any of them.They also run a ghost kitchen for Italian food as well, as an Uber driver was confused by it and asked.I honestly don't even care what the food tastes like at this point. Half an hour for chicken is way too long especially when they are a fast food takeout place and that's their main business. I'm not coming back.So I got my chicken. Their chicken is all tandoori with a different spice to top it off. They even gave the green Indian sauce to go with it. It's not hard to describe it as tandoori chicken with a different spice, so I don't know why they didn't describe it to the customer that left.

Sorry guys but I ordered the original chicken and was really bad, it was fried at the moment took 20 minutes wait. The fried chicken did not have any taste at all, the breaded coat was soggy and really bad. Definitely you lost only one costumer after two disappointments. I hope you

Food: I was looking forward to my first meal from this establishment; I mean, the name foretold what I was about to experience. So, I paid for a 4-piece Chicken Meal which came with only a side, no drink. Luckily, I had Pepsi at home so I let that pass although everywhere else I can think of includes a drink with a "meal". My first excited bite of the chicken was pure disappointment. Where was the flavor? There wasn't any. To be clear, I ordered the plain chicken but I didn't expect "plain" to be an exaggeration of the breading which seemed to be lacking seasoning of any kind, even salt. When I try a new ice cream place, I try vanilla first; if the vanilla has nothing going for it, why bother with the rest? So, although I am curious whether the other flavors have more (flavor), for me, unfortunately, there was no chemistry with this chicken and I will not be back.Service: No smile, no pleasant greeting. It's possible he didn't share my excitement, and perhaps I should have taken that as a sign, but the staff member answered my question about what was included with a meal, took my order, prepared the food, and passed me the order, fulfilling all that was required from him.Atmosphere: In front of me was a counter with a cash machine on it and a menu behind it. Behind me was what appeared to be a small seating area with no stools and what was possibly a washroom...?
Paid over $70 for nachos and apps and this is what we got ? complete garbage and a waste of time and money.
