Nothing brings people together like great food.Had delicious food steak with mashed potato, steak with shrimps,rice and salmon.“This appetizing dish was prepared with great care and attention to detail. The presentation and the taste were both perfect.” This was our first visit , so we were given a conplimentary snack. Everyone was happy . Ambience is so good. tasty, appetizing, scrumptious, yummy, luscious, delectable, mouth-watering, fit for a king, delightful, lovely, wonderful, pleasant, enjoyable, appealing, enchanting and charming.

Took my wife, daughter, and granddaughter here for International Women's Day. Chop is always great, but this time was beyond expectations. Erika K was amazing with her service. We had one of the private rooms, which made it so much easier with a baby. The food and drinks were phenomenal as always, and just the care that was put into a couple special allergy requests was over the top. Erika, thank you for such a great evening for my three special women!Dietary restrictions: Staff is wonderful and accommodating!

We left a concert early last night to get back to the Sandman Signature where we were staying, to enjoy a drink and some food. We arrived at 11:10PM to find the hotel access doors to Chop locked. A banquet staff was nearby and accessed the restaurant telling us the door should not be locked as the restaurant and bar are open until midnight. The door was then unlocked and my husband went in; and was told right away, last call was in 5 minutes, he commented, “I can have one drink and that’s it?”, the response was “yes”. The server had a conversation with the banquet staff and was clearly reluctant to seat and serve us. This was 11:10PM, website hours say open until midnight serving happy hour until close. We stay at this Sandman for the convenience of restaurants attached, this may be the last time for us. Obviously, we left, and returned to our room as we were clearly unwelcome at Chop.

The atmosphere is warm and inviting, but what truly makes this place special is the exceptional service from all the servers, particularly when Dresden is around.From the moment I walk through the door, Dresden's presence elevates my experience. Her attentiveness, friendly demeanour, and genuine care make me feel like a valued guest every time I visit. Rarely or never leave a review for a restaurant but this steakhouse deserves 5 stars. We went in to satisfy a steak craving (been a very long winter) and was amazed by the character and ambiance of the restaurant. The server was professional, prompt and considerate. Ordered 2 New Yorks both with loaded mashed potatoes. Steaks were cooked to a perfect medium rare, presented perfectly and melted in my mouth. I was sure to relay the feedback to the chef Hanna who visited the section of the restaurant which we were seated in. The level of service and attention to detail which went in to the food and customer experience is unrivalled by any other steakhouse I've recently visited. Will definitely go back for more!

Wowed by the service and sizzling steak! Chop delivered on all fronts. The staff were attentive and friendly, always there when you needed them. The food? Fantastic! Their steaks are juicy and flavorful, salads are fresh and crisp, but the real star is the steak bites. Perfectly cooked and bursting with taste, they're a must-try. Highly recommend!
