Dinner for 5. Very rushed service forgot one of our dinners. Glass was dirty with someones lipstick on it ?very poor service items just thrown on table not given to us just dropped corner of table. Besides service being terrible and unfriendly it was too bright inside and the food was good just a little spicy would order delivery MAYBE but not go sit in and dine again.

I would consider Co Do Hue a great option for Vietnamese food. The pho was good, but the broth was not piping hot.

Food is really good, just be aware when you go to pay that they add gratuity on already, no matter the size of your party. We do not tip any extra when we eat here.

Great Vietnamese vermicelli bowls. 5 colour is excellent and lemongrass beef is also great. Lots of flavour and good quality meat. Cost a bit more then some places but the quality is top notch.

I’ve been going to this restaurant with my family since I was a kid. Never disappoints! Probably one of the best Pho places in Edmonton. Definitely recommend going here if you’ve never had Pho. My personal favourite is the Bun bo hue. I also love their wings, onion cake, and chicken on fried rice.

I have been to the restaurant with friends a few times, and the last time, my friend already mentioned to watch out if they add tips themselves during checkout. I didn't pay much attention to it. However, yesterday, when I went to lunch with my family, not only was their fried chicken very dry, but also during checkout, they didn't provide a bill; they just verbally stated the total amount. I only realized after I had paid and added a 10% tip that they had already included GST and a 10% tip on top of the original price. Essentially, I ended up paying a 20% tip. It feels really awful to be deceived like that.

Food is so so, but this business is not honest. When we were given the bill, the amount already included 10% gratitude, but the card machine still ask you to pay at least 10% tips. If you don't check it carefully, you end up paying 20%. No good practice. If you go there you have to be careful to look at the bill first. No really recommend to go

here twice in 2024, it is Jan 13th 2024 as I write this. Something's changed in the new year as when the last time I went in Dec 2023 it was still good. The last 2 times I went, my family got the same order, a couple of 35 and i got 35a. 35 is the Pho Dac Biet and 35a is the Co Do Hue pho special. The last two times all dishes had about 1/2 to 3/4 of the noodles they used to give. Also less meat than they used to give. Maybe this is the new normal that shrinkflation has hit CDH. But alson the soup was also much saltlier than before. So much so that my wife's couldn't finish her noodles because her mouth felt funny. CDH used to be a favorite of my family, but not sure if we'll be going back anymore.Kid-friendliness: High chairs, booster chairs, sharing bowls, scissors

I didn't love the food... but the staff was great. Super friendly and personable. I had a vermicelli bowl and salad rolls so I'm not sure how the soups are but if you do go skip the vermicelli. No veggies except for lettuce and the sauce and chicken didn't have much flavor. With so many Vietnamese restaurants in the city I think there are better choices.

I was here last month for Bun Bo Hue. The owner came to the table and said “we ran out of regular noodle. If you’re ok with the small (replacement) noodle I’ll give you a discount”. We reluctantly stayed and ate. The owner never gave the discount when I paid. I didn’t bother to mention. Just left. Then yesterday, my wife said “Let’s give it another try”. So we came back for the same noodle order. This time the server said “We ran out of sprout today. We still have mint, but no sprout”. Not happy but we sighed and stayed to eat. When the server brought our noodle out the first thing I noticed right away is the portion visibly smaller than the last time, both in noodle and meat. We used to fill our stomach with this order but not this time. I told my wife “that’s another way to increase the price”. Needless to say we’ll never return to this place.
