One of my favourite places for years. Best carnitas tacos I’ve had since Tres Carneles. Been a resident and regular in this area for almost a decade & Craft never lets me down. Either a quick drop in or a long stay— great deals, wonderful service. Justin & Alex have been my bartenders lately and their suggestions as well as knowledge on the selections is awesome. Very happy always to come here. Sienna as the host is another great addition— will come here for years to come. Drink suggestion: Try their “Eighty-Eight x CRAFT Hawaiian Tropic Hazy IPA” ($1 from ever beer goes to Women’s Shelters.)

We decided to go for an early supper tonight at the Craft Beer Market across from our hotel in downtown Edmonton. We have been to Craft in several locations in Alberta and BC and always enjoy visiting to try the newest beer selections. Tonight was no exception. We had stellar service by Tori and even had some beer samples randomly dropped at our table by the friendly manager. The busser also stopped by several times and was extremely friendly and gave us tips on food items we should try on the menu for our next visit.We tried several of the rotating taps which were all amazing and enjoyed the happy hour pizza and some appies. The whole experience was enjoyable and relaxed and we have Tori & Co. to thank for that.

Rude server served another table after us and when server approached us and told him why we’re upset, he ignored us like didn't care. Empty place now we know why. Rude staff, bartender ignored us, supervisor doesn't even care. Treated us like garbage. Will never come back.

You have literal losers running this business, that’s why it’s empty on a hockey night, keep it up. No happy hour menus were given, phone wasn’t answered after calling twice, no water no drinks after sitting for almost ten minutes, the bartenders or service managers give 0 f’s about their customers. I met Colton before, he’s great but whatever other managers/bartenders you have working here, are running this place to the ground.
