Ordering in the drive though and the woman told us to “hold it”. quite rude. i felt discriminated for my speech impediment. the ice cream was good tho that’s why you get 3 stars.

Kid-friendliness: I frequently come to this location with my special needs friend . The staff always acknowledges him with kindness and respect . This location is impeccably clean and staff are polite, kind ,welcoming and efficient . We both enjoy coming to this location , at least once a week .

Ordered a medium blizzard in the drive thru. It took over 5 minutes sitting at the window. The girl flipped the cup to show me the thickness, and it dropped all over the counter. This shows the quality of icecream was poor. It took her an additional 5 or so minutes to make me a new one. Overall not a great experience when we come here. You’re better off driving to the one on baseline in Sherwood Park.

I suppose one could argue, “Buyer Beware” with this complaint but I still feel pretty shafted. I purchased a Blizzard Cake via Skip the Dishes because I got stuck in traffic (50th Street train…IYKYK) and couldn’t pick up V-Day dinner AND cake in time. Wasn’t really paying attention at the price because of the multi-tasking and ended up paying $47.99 for an 8” cake PLUS delivery PLUS tip. Was a little alarmed at the $60 sticker price but went ahead anyway. Unfortunately the real kick in the pants was when it arrived and the sticker price on the cake was $39.99. Checked with Skip and they said they don’t control prices, the store does. While I understand charging a bit more to get Skip to deliver your food, this markup seemed a little crazy and predatory.

We got DQ for delivery from this location. When we received our order, we make sure everything is correct. One of the burgers they got completely wrong. I went back to the receipt to make sure it was entered correctly, and it was. Anytime there was a mistake in preparing the food, I phone the restaurant and every time, the restaurant was happy i called and they were happy to fix it. Yes, you still can file a complaint of Skip the Dishes, but when the order is made incorrectly, you think they would want to make it right.In addition to being so rude when i called the location, they tried to tell me that it is the drivers fault. I asked her to confirm what she said. "You said the driver is to blame because you made the order wrong". She said "YES".She then went and got the receipt, because she then changed her story and tried to say the order was entered wrong. She said it is not on the receipt. I told her I am looking at it receipt right now and it says "no" to several items you put on the burger. Then she said it wasn't clear, it only said "No Tomatoe". I told her to read the rest of it and she started saying "no pickles, no mustard, .....". She then was flustered and said, we are not to blame, there is nothing that can or will be done. Then her voice got loud telling me it is my fault again and then the drivers. She then just said "We will not do anything about it. It is not our problem, I am done with this conversation." then hung up.I have to say I was totally shocked at this treatment. The behaviour, tone, the lying is absolutely disgusting service. I also filed a complaint with Skip the Dishes and they don't want a company blaming their drivers, when they did nothing wrong.It will be interesting if I even get a response.

Tactical Reposession

The staff here don’t care about anything and are just here to rob their employer of a free paycheck.Took me ~15mins to receive a burger and fries. When I ordered the cashier kept staring at me and was very short and rude in her responses. Treated myself, and the person in front of me like we were both stupid for no reason.

The manager of this location was not very nice. An older lady was waiting to ask to use the bathroom and was ahead of me and she was getting very antsy as she had to go bad and the manager came over from drive thru winter and yelled at her and told her she was busy. And told her to wait. And still continued getting mad at her while opening bathroom door. Not ver good customer service and she should be fired or reprimanded or something or not allowed to deal with customers

Very dissipointing experience. My son spends all my cash here since this is the go to spot when at the skate park.On August 27th my son and two of his friends were sitting in an empty eating area waiting for me to show up to buy them lunch. They were there all of a minute before they were threatened that they had to leave if they didn't purchase anything in five minutes. I made my way there extra quick after hearing this via text.I discussed this with the person who said this to them and they could have not cared less.Be nice. Be kind. Smile. If nothing else, I have learned that after a lifetime in the hospitality industry.
