I was asked if I wanted a bag, originally I didn't but my wife asked me to grab one. I do not appreciate the attitude the lady taking my order gave me.. I paid for the damn bag so just give it to me minus the attitude. So rude and un called for, especially when I paid for it.

Used to be my go to dairy Queen the staff and service used to be incredible everybody smile the service and the food were good.Ever since the management was changed there's no service with a smile I've waited 3 minutes at the counter before somebody came out from the back was met with abrupt service and it seemed like I was disturbing them. This was my poor excuse of a banana split, last time I will ever come here again. Some people should not be in the restaurant business

Forgot my burgers in the drive through. Asked if that was everything and they said yes. Realized when I got home 15 minutes later. Called they said they would replace. 15 minute drive back to get the burgers. Not even an apology or anything.

I usually get the tender meal. And have not been disappointed yet.
Manager rudely asking why I was waiting around for the order I already paid for and they hadn't even started was a new low for a fast food experience. I now understand why there were no customers at noon.
So cheap with the toppings. I hate when I pay for extra toppings in my blizzard and it’s less than even a regular should have . Never blended through properly. Always bottom half with nothing. Guess this is what the world has come to

Food is always freshly made. I rather wait than get cold food. Staff are always friendly. Love the regular lady cashier. Could probably use an upgrade inside.
