Very nice staff, best burgers are always charbroiled like they should be, refillable fountain drinks and sundaes, and of course the good old blizzards. I love this location! I’ve been going there for many years since my mom moved in the Kildare neighborhood 23 years ago. I have the best experience with you guys!

I recently left a very good review, but not only am I going to have to withdraw that, I am going to have to leave a negative review in its place.The bottom line us that, when you order a sundae, certain employees are simply not going to give you the proper serving size.To me, it doesn't seem like a thin, faint ring of topping on the outside of the sundae is consistent with Dairy Queen's serving standards.I have read other reviewers comment that skimpflation is obvious at Dairy Queen, and based upon what I see I have to think that is true....Parking: Shared parking lot.

We ordered a customized blizzard cake for a co-worker's birthday. The cake was absolutely amazing! It was beautifully decorated, and probably the best ice cream cake I've ever had. Everyone commented on how delicious the cake was. I mean... really delicious!!! Thank you!! We will definitely be ordering more!! And all the staff were amazing!

The staff here are extremely friendly and our food was fresh, but we wasted our money getting meals as the carbon dioxide had clearly ran out on their pop machine and the staff told us no one in the building knows how to change it. Stuff happens, but staff need to be informed on how to handle situations… either change the canister or refund the portion of our meal that we can’t use… just a thought… and it’s pretty vital to have working bathrooms in a sit down eating establishment

Screwed up order terribly waited to be fixed then get home only to realize they forgot the gravy so again food was cold sure they replaced gravy by time got home dinner ruined hour and half wasted! ?dinner time with family a bust!
Ruth is amazing. She really cares about customer service and pleasing the customers. We had a wonderful experience today with Ruth. Ruth is such a pleasant pleasing person with customer service in mind. She gives you her full attention. What a wonderful employee!

I've ordered here a few times as I live nearby. Every single time I have been in there it is not busy, maybe 2 people inside and when I order a simple treat it takes them up to 15-25 mins to make it. And we are talking about an ice cream treat. I see them just standing in the back and chatting. The team that works here needs to be trained better for time management. Also the location is super run down and needs a face lift. It's very grungy inside.

Worst DQ I have been to, ever.First of all, the whole place reeked of curry and B.O.Second, the staff was miserable. Not necessarily rude, but definitely not friendly.Finally, we ordered medium Blizzards, they were not mixed properly, only white ice cream on the bottom with nothing mixed in. The cups were not even full. We basically got a small in a medium cup and charged for a medium.
