Ordered 2 blizzards. Brought them home. They were liquid consistency. The drive home is a couple mins. Put in the freezer for 30 mins, and they still weren’t solid and had a weird texture. Called the store to tell them about it. They acknowledged that the machine was being over used, due to being busy, and the icecream would not have time to freeze between orders. The only way they would give a credit or refund was to bring the blizzards back into the store. We used to be regular customers, but will now drive 10 minutes away to the next closest DQ.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE: Ordered skip- They did not read the notes on my order which was simply a removal of a condiment- on both my sandwhiches, my blizzard was missing from my order which could have also been the drivers issue.

The chicken strips are very small and cold, fries are also cold and undercooked. Gravy is normal gravy, not the white gravy that dq is known for. Usually doesn’t have much topping in blizzards, and doesn’t taste as good.

Hi came into Dairy Queen yesterday evening and ordered some blizzards. The lady at the till was a new employee and was being trained by Danica the manager. I was very impressed by the way she spoke to her encouraging and empowering her. Her patience and ability to make help her employee feel at ease was great to see. She also made sure our orders were done right and changed one of our blizzards to ensure that is exactly what we wanted. The blizzards were great thank you to all the employees and job well done Danica!

I like DQ, the staff was great I liked my food. My only concern is that the burgers at all DQs seem a little bland. Overall though, great place for tasty food.

Just got my order delivered from there through Uber Eats. Pretzel Sticks hard and dry..Definitely not fresh. And the Blizzard was in a bag, open lid and melted ice cream running out and all over the bag. Disappointed how they packaged it up!

I bought the 2 for $6 cheeseburger lovers deal and added a med drink. It then came to $11.47. I questioned the price and was told "I'm sorry sir the system changes it" I was not offered any compensation and was charged almost $5 for a medium drink. I took my receipt inside and further questioned the price. The cashier would not budge. So getting a drink voids the 2 for $6 deal? This was absolute nonsense and a terrible customer service experience.
I got rushed at the drive thru, she gave us are food without napkins, straws and ketchup. We asked for them all and got ketchup only, that was sticking with honey all over it. Usually, they give the coupons back for another use, she didn’t. Poor service, she wasn’t friendly and seemed to be in a hurry, didn’t feel valued as a customer.

I have been coming here regularly for the past two years. These ladies work hard and have taken the time to know my usual order and normally have me out the door in less than 2 minutes. For a young staff they do an excellent job even under pressure. Never had an issue coming here. Well done!!

i HAVE ONLY BEEN HERE ABOUT 3 OR 4 TIMES BUT I WAS RELEIVED TO SEE THE INTERIOR HAS NOT BEEN WHITEWASHED LIKE SOME LOCALES. THE LAST VISIT WAS WITHIN THE WEEK. I WAS HUNGRY AND HAD TIME BEFORE MY BUS. I CHOSE THEM BECAUSE OF A SECRET THAT I KNOW ABOUT DQ BURGERS THAT WHEN THE BURGER IS EATEN OUTSIDE IN THE COOLER EVENING AIR{ESPECIALLY THIS TIME OF YEAR ON} THE FLAVORS JUST COME ALIVE!!! MY THEORY WAS PROVEN TO BE TRUE AGAIN! THE BLIZZARDS HOWEVER NEVER REALLY DO SEEM TO SHAKE NOT GETTING IT QUITE RIGHT IN TASTE AND CONSISTENCEY, NEVERTHELESS, I HAD A SMALL ONE. I WILL VISIT BECAUSE OF THE STAFF, DESTINATION LOCATION AND PERHAPS FOR MORE SOFT SERVE NEXT TIME.
