Came here for the first time. Was greeted as soon as we came through the door. We got seated and had tea brought to us. Food came out hot and was delicious! I ordered the 5 color vermicelli. Will be recommending anyone in the Kingsway area.In the picture, don't mind the 2/3 eaten spring roll. Delicious but very hot in temp.

We live 1 block away and have been wanting to try this place for awhile so we were looking forward to it. But we were really disappointed. Staff was rude Food was gross. Staff member walked through the restaurant, blew their nose and then touched the tables without washing his hands. Didn't feel very welcome from when we first walked in. Then when we complained it was an excuse that it was the chef who did that and not the waiter, then when we said that is even worse he said that nobody did that but we watched him. Will not go back here.

I love this place! I work downtown once per week and I'm often finding myself there twice a month or so. Prices keep going up unfortunately, but that's everywhere. My go to is the #15. I'll peek at the menu now and then and just order a 15...so good!

The meal I had (BBQ pork and spring rolls on vermacelli) was very tasty, quick friendly service. They get a 5 star but they could have easily gotten a lower rating as they were closed when I got there, they re-opened their doors because a large group showed up. I showed up at 5pm and online it says they close at 7pm. After reading additional reviews it looks like this may be an ongoing issue, and a lot of their bad reviews are due to this.

Clean restaurant with a nice modern atmosphere. I expected to get a smaller bowl for how much I paid (regular sized) but I got a huge bowl instead.The pho was hearty and delicious. The broth didn’t have strong beefiness (like most viet restaurants here) and the brisket could have been more tender, but overall a very solid bowl.
