I ordered birthday cake .. it was pistamali flavour.. cake decoration was good as per I told you but inside it was hard and not good for eat .. my friends says it’s okay .. I will suggest before order a cake please ask for taste the sample. Thankyou ??

On march 30 we ordered a cake and its a pre order we even ask them to have exact what it looks like only we changed the colour but the design and finishing was not like the real one we call and ask the girl she was making excuses and said she can call me back but no response way more expensive but not to professional. They made my day so exotic.

I ordered patties for home, they told me it will be ready in 5 mins.I reached it there in 10 mins then they made me wait for 30 minsThey said they gave the patties to other person and now they will make it again.They told it will take 5 mins, but took 30 minsVery disappointed with the services.They don’t care about other people’s timeOwner and staff should be more responsible.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Dillon'z Sweets and Bakery, and it pains me to recount it. On January 7, I ordered a Mango Rasmalai cake for my niece's birthday, with the promise of freshness. However, the reality was far from what we expected.Upon arriving at the party, we unveiled the cake, only to be greeted by a foul smell that suggested anything but freshness. My niece, the birthday girl, tasted it first and declared it not only rotten but downright horrible. Skeptical, we had about seven family members sample the cake, and unanimously, everyone agreed – it was bad.Hoping for a resolution, I contacted the store, where the girl I spoke to not only denied any possibility of a smelly cake but also refused to take any responsibility. Instead, she directed me to the owner, providing his number. Little did I know, the conversation with the owner would be even more frustrating.Upon calling the owner, he flatly refused to believe that the cake could be smelly. Despite the consensus of seven people, he maintained it was impossible and adopted a rude demeanor. There was no acknowledgment of a mistake, no suggestion on how to resolve the issue, just persistent denial.It's disheartening when the owner of a food business not only fails to admit a mistake but also exhibits arrogance and dismisses customer concerns. In a moment when a birthday celebration was supposed to begin, we found ourselves scrambling to Dairy Queen for a last-minute replacement.I strongly advise against patronizing Dillon'z Sweets and Bakery. The lack of accountability and refusal to address customer concerns make it an establishment that falls short on both product quality and customer service. A bakery should be a source of joy, but this experience was nothing short of a letdown.
