Ordered online, got a call saying that they were out of all of what I ordered. I replied saying that I wanted to cancel the order, the employee told me to cancel it online. Unfortunately because I checked out as a guest I did not have the opportunity to cancel my order. I tried explaining that to the employee and she was just becoming more and more rude until eventually telling me that it was my problem and hung up on me. I tried calling back, just to be hung up on again. I understand that stores run out of things and that the lower level employees may not be able to resolve an issue like that but at least direct me to a manager or another phone number I can call for assistance. Just crazy to me that online it says you have stock then I order, then I get told you don’t have it which is fine but I can’t even cancel it unless I made an account when I ordered, then telling me it’s my problem? Just feels quite unprofessional.

The donuts were very tasty but the service was terrible. We ordered a half a dozen donuts to pick up and it was no problem. The problem was when we came to pick them up we ordered 3 more seperatly and waited 25 minutes only to have the third donut forgotten. We ended up not getting it with the topping because we didn't want to wait any longer for it. The guy making the donuts was slow and literally the only one working. The other guy was just wondering around. I really liked these donuts but I don't think I'll be coming back because of the service.

They are like mini donuts from the fair but full size. Made right in front of you (fresh!) and then topped either how you like them or in a variety of pre determined types
Best donuts I've had in a long time. I adore the flavour of the base cake donut! It pairs so well with all the various toppings. I don't find the donut overly sweet. I can eat a whole donut by myself - that's my gauge if it's too sweet or not. I've been twice here this week and I haven't found a donut I didn't like. The service is pretty good. I don't really wait a long time considering each donut has to be flavoured to order. I like the decor and the simple layout of the bakery. It's cool how you can watch them prepare your donuts while you wait. This is my new favourite go to donut shop!

Those are some delicious donuts. If you get the chance to eat one warm right there, you would enjoy the best donut in town. The coffee is great too.
Donuts were good but price seemed a little high compared to some of the other donut places in Edmonton when considering size and toppings. It is nice to have an option in this area for donuts. Might have to try again some other flavours.
