Recently, I had the opportunity to dine with my family at Earl's Restaurant. Regrettably, the sirloin steak ( I assume bottom) I ordered did not meet my expectations. Despite my request for a medium-rare preparation, the steak was overcooked and excessively dry, resulting in an unpleasant dining experience. In comparison, I have encountered more satisfactory steak options even in a hospital cafeteria setting. Consequently, this experience has diminished my inclination to revisit this establishment in the future.

Came in for a date night and WOW was it fantastic. Right from the front door the Earls WEM team were incredibly hospitable and even remembered me from my last visit! Happy Hour appetizers were excellent and the truffle parmesan chicken was to die for. We even had the lounge manager Christina stop by and talk about (our new favourite) wine! Will definitely be back!
Had a great time at Earls today. The ladies at the front seated us right away and the server recommended key lime pie which was amazing ! Even had the lunch manager Connor stop by to check in on us. Can't go wrong with Earls especially with happy hour prices.

Outstanding service.We came late with a big party and were given a table without hesitation. Despite not getting a reservation, we were served immediately, and the food was outstanding. A special thanks to the bartender Will D, who treated us great throughout the night, was friendly, and took special requests without hesitation. Would come back in a heartbeat.

Water glasses were dirty on arrival. Waitress got us clean ones but took forever to deliver drinks. Ordered steak then was told kitchen ran out of mashed potatoes. Shared appetizer (chicken) was delivered without side plates. There are a handful of other "mistakes" that just made this entire meal a joke. Not the Earls I always remember it to be...

Our service was fast and the food was excellent! Our server Keeza was friendly and pleasant and all the staff we encountered were attentive and courteous. We noticed how well the location runs with exceptional efficiency and clear teamwork. Our girls really enjoyed sitting in the booth next to the kitchen where they could watch all the food being prepared through the window.Kid-friendliness: Our kids loved interacting with our server and watching the kitchen staff prepare the food through the window next to the booth we were sitting.

I was at this location a couple weeks ago. I've had a great experience so far. We came from a long flight, and we just wanted to sit down and have a meal. Every restaurant down bourbon st was really busy during that day. So we went to Earls. The tall lady wearing a pink/red blazer at the front, I forgot her name but she was very nice and accommodating! My kids were really upset and hungry. The lady talked to them and cheered them up which helped us a lot with our hangry kids. Our server was a guy with a bun I forgot his name.But he gave us great recommendations for gluten free meals. He checked up on us constantly and was very knowledgeable with the menu. It was really nice to talk to him. Overall, the food and service was amazing. 10/10 will definitely come back again.

Had a great dinner here with my partner we tried their seafood tower and got amazing wine recommendations from my server, and overall had a wonderful time. Even had their experience manager check in with us 10/10
The restaurant was quiet, a lot of tables available but we had to wait to be seated even with a reservation. The hostess said the tables that were empty (6 tables & spread out in bar) were reserved. I think they were understaffed. It was hard to believe they were all reserved and we reserved ahead of time as well lol Albeit, the food was amazing and our server was great!

Amazing food, Amazing. Food.First time we went the food was amazing, but the service from our server wasn’t so amazing. I reached out to the email on the receipt, not looking for anything but to let management know because I believe the experience is the most important part, and I didn’t want to cast shadow on the restaurant based on a server who’s skills are lacking when maybe all he needs is some more training. Ali invited us back for a second try and it was a great experience. We were welcomed to our table by a guest experience manager, who was super friendly and pleasant. Our server, which I didn’t remember her name but I wish I did because she deserves a mention, went all out making sure we were having a good time. There wasn’t even any awkward conversation, felt like I’ve know her for years.I’m glad we gave it a second shot and we will definitely be back for future dates. Thank you very much Ali and staff.

I had mix green with quinoa and prawns, The quinoa was too hard to chew so I sent it back saying I couldn't eat it and they offered me another food but I didn't eat it. My husband had Ahi Tuna poke bowl. There is no green, it doesn’t tasty like tuna poke bowl, it’s taste like beef broth rice. Also my husband still hungry ( he is not big eater) and he is not happy with what he ordered. We talk to the server we are ready to go. He gave us our bill.. wow!! Charged 100%. He even said sorry and he feel bad enough.. but Have to charge everything… manager said. We had a fantastic Valentine’s Day lunch today. Never going back there again!!! We used to go there often but it is not the same restaurant anymore. So disappointed..
