Earl's menu is predictably good. This time the service was slow—even though the restaurant wasn't overly crowded. My steak was tasty, but came out medium instead of rare, as ordered. Over all, moderately disappointed.

Nice ambiance but the prices do not add up to what you get. Has gotten out of hand. I guess you are paying for the ambiance. I had a bowl of noodles with 4 puffed tofu, sprinkled with clearly frozen veg along with a club soda and it Was damn near $30

Took 10 mins for a host to actually come and greet me and seat me. Restaurant was dead when I got there and servers kept walking past and looking at me and making eye contact with me and not acknowledging me.

The server was not very attentive. We had to ask another server to have her come by so we could place our order. She then proceeded to wipe down an empty table before coming over. My son's fries were cold and daughter's food was not good. It was the worst experience at an earls we have ever had.

I ordered a delivery for 9 people for an office lunch. I was emailed from doordash that they didn't have the mushroom pizza so I will be refunded. So now one person will be without their lunch. I would have liked Earls to contact me so I could have replaced it with something else. But instead I had to do a whole new delivery order with added delivery charges. I suggest you do better when you have an out of stock item and contact the customer so they can choose a different item. Office lunch for administrative professional day doesn't look too professional now does it? Feel free to contact me.
Last week I ordered the 6 oz Sirloin + Dynamite Roll. My order came with no dynamite rolls. Decided to give them a chance to redeem themselves tonight with the same order. My medium rare steak showed up way past well done, I might as well have been eating rubber. Clearly there is no care put into their take-out orders whatsoever.Edit: the restaurant reached out to make things right as you can see in the below response. Too bad they didn’t actually care to do so. As per their instructions I reached out via email on April 7th and got no response. Why offer if there isn’t a plan to follow through? They seem to want to give the impression of redemption without wanting to do any of the required customer service.

Taylor is a great server. The food was delicious. The music was a bit loud but overall a great place to meet up for lunch.

Our server was excellent. Unfortunately one bad meal can kind of ruin an experience. I use to love the west coast prawn pizza but not tonight. The crust was over cooked / burnt and what happened to the pesto and the sun dried red tomatoes as well very few prawns. Basically one prawn maybe another half on each piece of pizza. It was sad looking pizza and very bland. Garlic toast served with my husband's salad was tastier. I should have taken a picture. I usually do but this is Earl's and I have never had to complain about a bad meal.
We had a fantastic waitress. Normally do not go to this location and was quite impressed. However it was very loud as it was a Saturday night. The food was good, drinks were yummy and location is in a great area!
