After a long emotional day at the hospital I stopped to order my favourite earls dinner as take out and it was so disappointing. I ordered two santa fe salads with crispy tofu and an order of fries. There were only 4 pieces of tofu (usually there is a stack on top and the portion of fries was honestly pathetic for $9. Furthermore, there were two mouldy cut up grapes in the salad, I could be wrong, but I don’t believe the Santa Fe salad has grapes in it? And lastly, when I picked up, only one salad had been made. The staff asked if I wanted to wait for the second to be made but after a long day, I really just wanted to fill my belly and go to sleep.No other competition was offered. It was really just a disappointing experience when earls is normally so consistently wonderful.
