For a make shift poutine it’s actually pretty alright, the gravy is really nice. Made it feel like a fancy poutine.

The quality of the food was not at all what you'd expect for Earls. Fries looked and tasted like they came from a freezer bag and my partner got sick from the cajun salmon dish, which also looked and tasted very subpar. Prices are comparable to another chain we frequent and their quality is FAR better. We expected better for what we paid.

I ordered a side of lobster. Butter was not hot. My husband ordered clam chowder and Caesar salad with prawns. Salad was drowning in dressing and chowder was too thick. Generally we were disappointed.

Great service, however, music was way to loud on the dine in side and the crab cakes were very bad. I ended up paying for everything even though I was waiting for two orders and meals and I ate at seperate times than my date.
Valentines date night was a success!!! The food was incredible, the flavours wow!!!! The service and vibe was perfect and I really enjoyed every minute! Very clean and classy!!Vegetarian options: Lots of choices!!!!!!

Went for lunch today, party of 10… restaurant empty and were greeted by attitude… we were asked if we had a reservation in a tone that insinuated the restaurant was jam packed. Said nope and hostess had us take a seat… take a seat for 20mins! to literally push 2 tables together in a completely empty restaurant… waited forever for food- brunch vs happy hour menu was not clear… so was charged 16 instead of 12 for the “earls breakfast” because if was only offered at “happy hour” after 2pm instead of brunch ?… subpar BF, no jam, peanut butter or anything but buttered toast… why offer breakfast at all???food 1/10, front staff (-1/10) service 8/10 (only because the server was kind enough to offer a complimentary desert after spilling ketchup all over my daughter).Hadn’t been to Earls since before covid days and this solidifies we will never be back-

Came in Thursday morning and sat at the bar. Dani was the bartender and she was amazing! Had such a great attitude and was hilarious. Definitely would recommend sitting at the bar while she’s bartending!
