It took almost an hour just to take are order. The food came a long time after. In all we waited over two hours for are food. The food was not good at all and had no flavour. Not to mention I could have sold my left kidney for less money than the food cost.

Service great. Food cold. Went for mothers day. $40 per adult. Reservation at 10. Buffet not ready. No eggs on buffet line only eggs Benedict on a made to order basis. English muffin made with a toaster on a made to order basis. Muffin overtoasted so hard as a rock! Ever hear of shafing dishes? No omelette station. Not worth the money. Will never go back.

I ate breakfast at East75 on two weekday mornings when my wife and I were in town on business. We had been presented with complimentary breakfast buffet vouchers by the hotel (Four Points Sheraton Edmonton South). While somewhat dated in decor, the restaurant provides class with real linen tablecloths and napkins. The buffet had a full hot side with scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage links, potatoes, and either pancakes or French toast and a cold side with various cereals, oatmeal, pastries, bagels, and a nice selection of fresh and canned fruit with cottage cheese. The buffet also came with coffee or tea and juice. The food tasted good and was nicely presented on the buffet tables. The waitresses in this restaurant were extremely friendly and checked on me several times during my meals and were keen to do all they could to make me feel welcome and had everything I need. The second day I arrived 20 minutes prior to the time the hotel front desk staff had informed me that breakfast ended, 10:30am. To my surprise, the hot side had been removed - only the cold side remained. (Apparently, the hot side closes at 10:00am and only the cold side remains open until 10:30am). However, one of the staff, Johanna, saw me looking for eggs and bacon and came right over and warmly asked me with a big smile if I would like something hot . . . some eggs, bacon, sausage? I said, "sure." Within a few minutes one of the servers had returned with a plate of two eggs over easy, and a generous mound of bacon and sausage. Most servers in most restaurants would have just said, "Sorry, the hot side closed at 10:00am." Not Johana and her teammates. They took it upon themselves to see that I wasn't shortchanged in my breakfast selections. I was most impressed with this "whatever I can do to serve you" attitude. I can heartily recommend this restaurant. The service I experienced was impeccably cordial and customer-focused.
