Asked for beef sushi, and got a beef noodle, when I kept saying that's not what I want that's what they gave me anyway. I canceled my order kept my child's. For 20 dollars I should have been able to get what I asked for an not argue that I don't know what I'm wanting... just the beef sushi nothing else... and we'll got California sushi with a beef noodle....seriously???

Consistent Edo experience. One thing to improve: your signage for mobile order asks to line up in a certain area that is not in fact the area. If you order on mobile, it appears they want you to see their cashier. While it's understandable, the signage indicates otherwise and frankly the whole experience could be improved with correct signage. Also, waiting in line with everyone else negates the speed of service associated with ordering on phone

The food in this establishment is truly amazing and it made so full and I still got so much left.

The food here is consistently fresh, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I have been coming for years and the staff is always friendly and remembers its "regulars".

Always have liked Edo. The food is cooked right in front of you thus it’s served hot. I love the food it is tasty and delicious. This location is in the food court in commerce place. The food court is recently renovated and is nice. My experience here was great.

Edo Japan has 100 locations across Canada, and that is pretty darned impressive. I visited my very first Edo today at the big food court on the upper level of Edmonton's City Center, and a few minutes after ordering, I walked away pretty impressed. City Center was crowded with office workers on their lunch hour, and quite a few of them gravitated over to Edo Japan to order their chicken, shrimp, and beef rice and noodle bowls, Udon noodle soups, sushi and bento boxes. I went with sushi and ordered their Dynamite Roll 8 pcs for $6.20. I saw the guy in the back make it so it was as fresh as fresh could be. The tempura shrimp in the rolls were crunchy and fresh. I also ordered a side of Gyoza dumplings (3 pieces for $3.10) and they were outstanding. The ground beef and pork filling was delicious and I wish I had ordered more of them than the sushi. The duration of the wait from ordering to delivery was pretty reasonable, considering they were making fresh orders for dozens of hungry customers. For "mall food" I thought Edo Japan rated pretty high.

Went here during the busy lunch hour and there was a line. Could not hear the cashier at first and she was rude when I could not hear. Then I asked how long the wait was & she rudely replied " I dont know, look?" And then pointed to the lineup. I ended up leaving because of the rude service & I didn't know how long the line would take.
