Visited this location for lunch today and ordered a beef yakisoba meal. The noodles and vegetables were made fresh by one cook, but a second cook used leftover cooked beef and mushrooms sitting in a tin container! That's against health and safety protocols! Someone could get food poisoning like that!I immediately threw it in the garbage, got my money back, and submitted a formal complaint via Edo Japan's website. Never coming back, and I advise people not to order meals here.

Good food! They follow your request, good people, my only concern is the place isn't clean. I saw a noodle (yakisoba) on a teriyaki sauce.I think its cross contamination of food. But overall, its good! I also recommend to cook your chicken to well done, the best! ?

Refused to make certain foods. I looked on the website beforehand to see what I could get, they refused to make certain dishes that were on the menu, not because they ran out, because they simply didn’t want to and said it was only an option for delivery. If they have the supplies, I don’t see why they can’t make it just because I’m buying from the physical place.

Poor quality vegetables, lackluster curry with deep fried chicken, something is definitely wrong!! I chose the Japanese Curry dish and what a disappointment. The vegetables had no flavor and the curry didn't seem to have been slow cooked as a good curry should be. The chicken pieces were deep fried which is basically NOT what Edo should be selling. What poor choices and as a result, never trying this dish again.Parking: At a food court mall with plenty of parking.

I ordered chicken curry and teriyaki chicken, both were good and decently priced. Green bubble tea was very tasty, with just the right amount of sugar. The workers were very friendly, so overall a nice experience!
Update: Manager was very nice and apologetic about what hapened before. She helped me order right away, service was fast, food was great. Thank you very much.

I ordered ramen shrimp with extra shrimp and the cashier acknowledged my order and proceeded to charge me for rice shrimp. I dislike rice. And when I noticed they had already put the bowl of rice on the counter I spoke up and the manager said that I was in the wrong. The cashier said I was in the wrong when she had repeated back RAMEN shrimp. Not only that but I ordered sauce with my spring rolls and they barely gave me any sauce. The container is next to empty. Avoid this Edo unless you want to fight to get the food you ordered.

This location has definitely gone downhill for quality. The last two times I’ve gone there— I’ve gotten FOOD POISONING both times- it’s Either the veggies or the chicken— but it’s not good!!!
