Let me preface this by saying the boys behind the bar were phenomenal. Great bartenders. Waitresses were a little aimless, but busy. I say aimless as I’ve been a GM so long, and I hate seeing chit chat on the floor between employees and saw a lot of empty hands. Coming out of the back of house: empty handed.
