Ordered vegetarian pizza, for some reason chief decided to put ham under the sauce. Took one bite and sent it back, waitress was apologetic and nice about it (definitely not her fault). Just don’t understand how you can make that mistake. Offered me a free pizza but had lost my appetite, no discount given on bill.

This place is a joke. Tried to order food and the guy that answered the phone hung up first and the 2nd time was super rude. Apparently they close before the actual hours. I will never call them again and tell everyone my bad

Me and my family have been going to Franco’s for over 30years. We usually go to the 50th location as it is closer to where we live however my late mom who passed away 2 years ago is at Westlawn cemetery. As francos was always her favorite place to go for special occasions me and my children have gone to Francos to have my mom’s favorite French Onion Soup on the anniversary of her death Nov 30. As Callingwood is closer to the cemetery we decided to go there. Our order was simply 6 baked french onion soups. When they arrived, 4 of the 6 did not have any cheese on top. We asked our server about it and she explained it was her 3rd day so wasnt sure but would ask. She came back to inform is that “the kitchen ran out of cheese and would get more tomorrow” We then asked why this information wasnt mentioned to us as we may have opted to change our order and asked to speak to a manager. Meanwhile she brought us some cheese however as the cheese is meant to be baked this was not a viable solution. He came to out table and we told him the issue and relayed the information that we were told by the waitress about running out of cheese. He said he would check and came back and said they were in fact NOT out of cheese. (so how come the waitress was told that?) So then we asked why there was no cheese on 4 of the 6 soups. He got argumentative insisting that when baking the soups the first few come out how they should be and the others have cheese sink to the bottom. We insisted this was not the case and scooped up the bread to show no cheese. Obviously it was not our first time having this soup and know exactly how it should be. First problem is obviously the soup having no cheese. Then is the problem of someone telling the new waitress that they ran out of cheese. (bot only a lie but how that would happen at a pizza/italian restaurant I do not understand) and finally the manager arguing that the soups were made correctly insinuating that we didnt know what we were talking about. Again we have been having this soup at your restaurant for over 30years and pretty confident we know what to expect. We will never go back to the Callingwood location and will instead go to the location that actually knows how to make their menu items.

This is a small bar with big personality! Friendly and fun staff make the evening enjoyable. Reese is hilarious and full of great jokes and stories. Kareoke host Tiffany is energetic and always ready to belt out a tune. All the staff know you and are ready to bring you great food and fun drinks.
