The quality of service and food here has significantly gone down. I usually order here in store and thru skip the dishes. The last few orders were bad- smoothies with missing ingredients and didnt even have ice, chicken on the bowl was seasoned weird, bowls with missing ingredients and mostly rice. I am starting to think this place purposely does not follow the recipe to save money and get more money from customers.

i would give a zero star if possible. the staff wouldn’t wear hairnets and we found 4 separate hairs in our food and when we told the manager she refused to give her name, said she would sue us, and swore several times.

My cobb wrap was absolutely delicious! Although a bit expensive, it was loaded with fillings that were all super fresh and tasty. Will definitely return!

Ok healthly option.. Pretty expensive and they should def. Have more than 1 person working at a time because the wait is long. Forgot cheese on both orders which is arguably the best part of the bowl. Will only return if compensated for the lost cheddar
On Sunday October 31 myself and 25 team mates from Okotoks, Alberta were in Edmonton for a game. We decided to order a very LARGE order for our post game meal. We called ahead to get a phone contact so we could give the store a lot of hours notice for our order. We didn't want to stress the staff out or ruin any other business opportunities for them that night. I communicated one on one with Avneed. She was amazing to say the least.We had our ordered delivered by one of her employees right to our travel bus before hitting the highway for our 3 hour drive home.The entire process was beyond amazing. I must have requested gluten-free eight times. She had to remake my order three times because she kept putting gluten items on my order. I would ask, "Doesn't that have gluten?" - she would say, "Yes, I can take it off." Halfway through all this she spent nine minutes on a phonecall. My meal was cold.
