“Came for dinner with my boyfriend and we were both incredibly impressed with the amazing customer service! Our server Daniel was friendly, outgoing, and helped me with some menu recommendations. He He went above and beyond for us with taking a photo of us on our date and a little dessert- the service was absolutely stellar here. The atmosphere was fun and the decor and lighting really set the mood. The pricing is a little high, and I would consider some of the items like the spam musubi to be overpriced, however the food is delicious and fresh and the Pulled Brisket sandwich I had was definitely worth it. They do not skimp on the meat and the portions are very generous. The in-house fry sauce is especially yummy. Recommend the Mochiko chicken bites and Pulled Brisket sandwich. “Love this little place, we did have to wait a bit for menus. It was a busy night but not packed but when we got our waitress all was forgiven lol she was so lovely and just real with us. Food was really good but I love the atmosphere and really feel like I'm in a little pub in Europe.“
“On March 16, we arrived just as the kitchen closed after taking a Uber there. Immediately the owner came over and said he could make us some nachos and wings! Let me tell you….. the food was incredible and the nachos were mind blowing!!! Huge thank you to the staff there for being accommodating and feeding us hungry moms!!! “I cannot overstate how much I love The Common. I get out to Edmonton once or twice a year and always go to The Common for one of my meals. This time I brought my parents who joined me for a visit - they loved it too!The ambience is perfect, the lively patrons are all having a great time, the staff are friendly and attentive, the drinks menu is delightful, and the new creations from the kitchen are amazing (try the naan meatball pizza!!! “What a great gem on 95th. Our group had Schnitzel, Schnitzel burger special, fish and chips, bacon cheeseburger and the garlic fries. Everything was very tasty, and it was a great atmosphere. The place was packed (glad we made a reservation), and the owner still made a point of coming by to chat and ensure we had a great time. Will definitely be back.“
