Stopped by because i was really craving a bubble tea and it was great! I also got some free coffee because it was freshly brewed and it tasted amazing. Shoutout to Leang! He’s working here by himself while also being nice to people, amazing service!

This is my favorite In and Out bubble tea place in the city. I just love the atmosphere and the boba is always tasty. Check them out for a less extravagant bubble tea experience, not so bright and fancy, but quality and consistent.

I really love the drink options at Gong Cha, since they offer flavours like Roselle that aren't typically available at other chains. But this location is clearly very poorly managed. There's only one worker most times, and when there are delivery orders, customers in line and customers waiting for drinks that's a lot for just one person. So expect a wait to even be able to order, let alone get your drink. The seating area is also quite dirty and full of boxes/used as a storage area. Washroom is sadly falling apart.

Honey lemon green tea with pearl. My favourite thing to order. First time ordering this from Gong Cha Bubble Tea. I thought it was odd when he put the contents into the blender but didn’t see him put the lemon in. Otherwise I would have said something. I digress. After leaving the store and throwing the straw into the drink after getting to my destination, I was surprised my first sip included lemon chunks… Not into it at all. Not sure if this is normal practice but I’m guessing not cuz it’s pretty tart, not to mention the texture is not ideal. $7.75 later for something I’m going to toss. Disappointed in the new to me Bubble tea spot. I’ll stick with my regular joint.
Ordered 4 items. 2 of which is Strawberry Milk tea (Medium). I was expecting I will get the same one as what’s on the picture but Instead I got a milk tea with some strawberry syrup without a bobba as shown in the 2nd photo. Mentioned this to the staff ( she’s alone and doing everything in store) and said that there’s 2 different types of that drink. Which is not what I ordered. She could re-do it but it’s going to me extra. I just paid anyway because my kids are expecting a drink with booba. Then she asked me to remove the seal of the cup so she could add the booba/jelly. (Which I find gross). I told her that if she could let the management know about this, so they could make some changes in their poster or labels because some customers like me depend on the picture that we see before we order. She said that she’s only an employee. Yes, I totally understand that you’re an employee and it might not be your fault that I got my order wrong as what is supposed to be advertised on your poster. But at least acknowledge my complaint, and try to do it better. Definitely not coming back again.Verdict for the strawberry milk tea- my kids didn’t even liked it. They said there’s an aftertaste from the drink

My favorite is the brown sugar pearl milk tea. The staff are always super kind and every time I've been they are generous with the pearls.They are also available for phone order.And always gets some coupon thru membership

Be careful when making your order and confirm what they are making before they start. I ordered a brown sugar milk tea with pearls and all I got was full milk with brown sugar with pearls, no tea.

This may be the one of the best places in Edmonton to get BBT. However, the customer service is really bad. Having to wait for 4 drinks for 40 mins is uncalled for. I am not blaming the ONE employee that served us, but the owner for not putting enough people to have things done. I really feel for your customers and the people you employ. Please do better.
