The products, such as the fruit teas and Boba, are excellent, but the girl in charge is always on her phone when I visit, and occasionally she rushes us to get our other. They are on the second floor, and the place is fine.

It was just one person working and he employee did not know what he was doing. My taro egg waffle was mushy, deflated and tasted terrible. I got a milk foam brown sugar oolong but it had a piece of something hard which I think is black plastic(?) as I was sipping on it near the end. The tapioca isn't even sweet, it just tastes bland. I'm actually so sad because the employee didn't even look like he cared. Even as I post this review, I doubt they would even apologize or compensate me for my order :(

Yummy bubble tea. Great location.I frequent this place alot because it is so convenient near rogers arena. Their is ample loading parking too. So its actually not quite hard to find a place to park for a few minutes to get my drink. I ussually order the brown sugar or ube milk tea. I find they always put alot of bubbles in my milk tea. The only thing I notice is that the server always modifies my drinks every time I order by entering less ice so I am upcharged a few dollars with every drink. She does this without asking me and it has happened on three separate occasions this month. So double check your bill if this matters to you. Honestly I don't mind since you get more drink. But it would be nice go be asked since I am getting charged extra for this!
