Oh man, I love I Love Sushi!!! Was here last night for a late bday celebration. I got the dinner with tofu instead of meat, which came with rice, sauteed vegetables and teriyaki sauce, miso soup, and a side salad. Oh man it was delicious! The tofu cubes were soooo good! My only feedback was I wish there was more sauce on the vegetables as they were a bit dry. I also got an order of yam rolls and veggie rolls, also super yummy! All of the food was fresh and just what I was craving :)The service was excellent, the two women working were attentive, kind, and accommodating. I also appreciate them not rushing us when we came in at 8 and only had an hour left till closing. The atmosphere too is really lovely and cozy, felt so nice amidst the weather outside.This would be my 3rd time eating food from here and won't be the last!

I go this place a lot ever since pendamic. The food is great, and deco is so cozy and warm.Only problem is that as they become more and more popular, they are very short of hand, and you need to wait A LONG TIME.I went again today and the room was full, only two servers were working and they were prioritizing the larger groups. I sat for 20 mins without even a menu, which ok since I know what I want to order, but I saw another person who came before me also sit in another table for a really long time without their order being taken.It’s not an uncommon day, it had happened quite a few times during last year too, which lead me to go there less just ‘cause I know they are not having enough hand to serve, and the wait could be too long for my lunch break.Anyhow, the food is still really good, and the cook was very fast today so I still made it during my lunch break. A good advice for the owner would be to increase your staffing.
Went for lunch with two other co workers and was able to get a table. Waited 20 min no one acknowledged us, offered waters and we had to physically go get our own menus. After waiting we left. The waitress said sorry it’s not our fault. Took our business elsewhere and had a fabulous

The food was awesome and the atmosphere is really nice. Came visiting from Sylvan and stopped here; place definitely made me go "wow, I'm for sure stopping here again next time I come up." People working here are super efficient and nice as well. Definitely would give it a try if you're reading this!!

I love going here because the food are very flavorful and servings are big. We ordered assorted tempura, Rainbow Roll, and Super Spider Roll. It was my friend's first time here and she loved everything. They never disappoint and highly recommend this place to try.
Solid, quick, delicious. I probably go to I Love Sushi 3-4 times a month (I work just around the corner). The staff is lovely. The food is good, and the ambience is authentic.

I ordered pick up thru the Uber Eats app. The order ready in under 10 mins which was great as I'm staying at a hotel a cpl blocks away. I got the tempura bento box which comes with assorted tempura, 2 pieces California roll, salad, miso soup,rice and I chose sashimi for my option. The portions are huge and fresh and delicious. My only comment would be that when ordering takeout, some chopsticks or cutlery would have been great but I appreciate that all the packaging is compostable... so maybe that is there thing to avoid excess waste? I peeked inside the restaurant when I picked up the order and it looked cozy and cute inside! I will definitely visit this place again next time I'm downtown Edmonton.

This is my favorite place to go for sushi. It's authentic, I like how they prepare their rice, and I can't get enough of their chirashi.Make sure you get there at least ten minutes before noon on weekdays otherwise you won't get a table! Any other time it's not a problem.
