I regret to report a disappointing encounter at the establishment we visited. Unfortunately, the service fell short of expectations when a staff member not only questioned my lack of ID but also reprimanded me in a manner I deemed inappropriate. Despite being a public employee with a degree, I offered to provide valid proof via an email from Jugo Juice, unaware of the security check required for my complimentary birthday drink—something not customary at Booster Juice.Even after expressing my willingness to show the email, I was met with continued suspicion. This situation, compounded by perceived discrimination against my husband, has led us to refrain from supporting this specific location near the West Edmonton Mall skating rink. Our experiences at Booster Juice near the Lego store have consistently been respectful and loyal, prompting us to withhold our endorsement from the mentioned establishment. It is my hope that others consider similar actions, advocating against judgment based on appearances.

Saw they offered bubble tea but they only limit to 3 flavors.So I ordered the Blue Cloud and added tapioca (additional $1.50). The total came to $12 so I was hoping for something good.The lady put so much Blue Spirulina on the edge of the cup that my drink was completely dark blue unlike what the menu image looks like. Also the tapioca was mush like it's been sitting in the container for a long time. Overall it didn't taste good , my drink tasted sour too (might be from the spirulina)Take my advice and just stick with your fruit smoothie and don't get the fancy flavors or tapioca there.I was very sad because I spent $12 and threw away my drink after the first few sips :(

The workers are extremely rude and actually ruined the rest of my shift because of how rude they were. (The drinks are great though)

The ladies were all so nice and friendly! quick service too. one lady suggested us a drink but we were hesitating coz we are not really fond of spinach and kale, so we go ahead with different drink, then, they made samples of the Mighty Kale and we were able to try some and she is right it’s really good! never expected that it will be that great! That will be our order next time! ?

We ordered a protein smoothie, which was really good banana, chocolate, and peanut butter. ??The staff was very humble, they accepted our order last minute.

Free small smoothie if you sign up for their program and free large one for your birthday which I definitely will be using next year. Unfortunately the free small is only for the first 3 menu items (Classic or the 2 mango ones as they are the only ones that come in small size). Still, they are made fresh, quick, and delicious. Next time I would love to try one of the green ones to compare to Booster Juice. They also have some wraps and sandwiches but it is really hard to say how long those are there for. Easy to find in the mall, great inviting kiosk in the mall. Clean and simple menu. Mango Magic smoothie was great - especially since it was free!
