Stumbled on this restaurant by chance but what a nice discovery it was. There was plenty of staff to help you if you needed something that alone is a plus. Jumbo crystal shrimp with peaches and mango sauce is definitely a must try such a refreshing meal. The best fried rice is the salted fish fried rice. Overall the food is really good all the food that we ordered were really good its just a matter of personal preference of what you love the most. We will definitely go back.

Love how there’s photos and names of the dishes on the cart! Food is good. Small portion sizes for some dishes. Place is very crowded and loud. It was hard to hold a proper conversation.

?????? ???? ???? 2019Jumbo is a satisfactory dim sum designation with more westernized/fusion dim sum items. I would rate my overall experience at 7.5/10. Highlights:- Dimsum: Bamboo shoot roll, Beef meatball, Dessert

The food might be great but the customer service sucks. Turns my appetite into not going back.

One of my favourite dim sum places in Edmonton. I try and go once a month and recommend it to everyone I know.

I hate to give restaurants bad reviews and ratings and might even sometimes ignore certain standards that I expect when dining out.I'll start with the food. It lacked any real flavour and was really disappointing, unfortunately. The portions are good per order, which I'd expect considering the price but just not good enough, definitely way below average. The main reason why I'm actually leaving the review. We ordered "sticky rice." With this order, the only thing I expect is rice, but we had pork in there too. Now, eating any form of pork is against my religious beliefs, so when mentioned to our waitress, her reply was, "You need to mention this before ordering." I was actually in shock that she chose that response instead of a simple apology and asking if we'd like a normal, standard order of rice. She crossed it off our bill, and in the middle of us speaking, she just walked off to answer the telephone. We weren't rude and didn't even make a fuss. The majority of the food we ordered was left uneaten, and we packaged it to go to give away to someone who actually needed a meal.Others might have had a good or better experience, but my family and I won't ever be back to this establishment.Horrible food, poor customer service, and overpriced.

The hostess is very rude, we were there for almost 30 minutes, there is a favoritism in this restaurant and i saw in my eyes that a Chinese customer come in without number seated right away because she give her an envelopes. I hope the management will change this kind of behavior that’s not good for a business there is a corruption. the good thing is there food is good, but were not going back this place unless they will fired the hostess lady.

Been going to this place for years, taking a break for a while, the last 3 times, the lack of service has made the experience a pain & ruins the moment. The same 3 carts rolled by for almost 40 min, then got in trouble for ordering from the menu, they cancelled my order by front desk person, she wanted to reorder again after all the waiting. We just paid and left. Terrible experience when trying to bring business to them. Over $115 for bad service, the waitresses were just walkingaround — no water refills either.

It's called Jumbo dim sum but the dim sum menu is honestly pretty limited. Mid.

It's alright. One of the few places that still does dim sum with carts, which is nice. But the execution could be improved, and the selection of dim sum items is below average. It's not bad, but considering I don't live in the area, I probably passed about 3-4 better options for dim sum during the drive there.

Always a great choice for Dim Sum in Edmonton. Decent value. Average selection of Dim Sum items. Only criticism is that they have these helpful photos of what is supposedly on the cart coming by your table but numerous times, they were sold out of an item pictured. Why not just take the sign down if you're out on that cart?
