The menu was entirely plant-based which is very nice and is catering to a lot of peoples needs. Although, the service was not the best, I didn't really appreciate how I felt quite disrespected when I asked for suggestions. The staff wasn't really friendly except for the guy that made my tea. The tea always tastes so mild and doesn't really hit the spot right. It tasted very watery and was lukewarm. On top of that, the deserts were pretty stale. There's always a cold draft that comes through and it's not really a cozy ambiance. It's quite chilly and doesn't have a warm feel to it. The owners should look into it. This place used to be someplace I looked forward to visiting but not really anymore since the atmosphere, staff and food weren't welcoming.

Came at 6:20 PM on a Thursday and door was already locked. A girl inside behind the counter shrugged at us and smiled :) no signs at the door or notices on IG. Hours on the door says closing at 7PM.

Not a warm and inviting atmosphere. Acoustics are bad. We could hear everyone talk and all the noise from the kitchen carries throughout the restaurant. Not a great place to have a quiet conversation with a friend. Coffee and cookie was great.

Good staff, great food, decent prices.The only thing I'd want different is rotating specials that are 'on sale' at lower cost based on excess inventory like Copper Branch does.Also their customer water tap is super slow lol Fill a couple cups before your food is ready.Vegetarian options: Great options
Been here numerous times over the last couple of years. Food is consistently well made and tastes great. Service is friendly and relaxed.One thing I’ve noticed every time I’m in is how heavy the front door is. Not taking any stars off. Just an observation. I’ve seen a quite a few people struggle to get in and out. Maybe just needs an adjustment. Or, in the future, a wheelchair accessible door would go a long way.

Came in earlier today and the food was superb as well as the service. Recommend the cocobean protein shake and blt WITH the greens, very delicious. The girls were also helpful and patient. No complaints.

I used to absolutely love the desserts from kb&co unfortunately they have changed their gluten free cookie recipe (a thick doughy cookie) and the Nanaimo bar now has some sort of strange green jelly in it. Hopefully the entrees are still tasty…I will no longer be ordering desserts, which is unfortunate because they used to be so good!

I come here for the cream cheese cookies which are one of the most delicious treats I have ever eaten. My only issue is that the staff, while not rude, always seem the be annoyed that I am bothering them with my order. Maybe I just have one of those faces...Vegetarian options: Vegan establishment.
