I’ve been to this location quite a few times and this time the service was very poor.We felt like a nuisance and almost like a bother to the person working. It made the experience quite unpleasant. The person working acted very cold and bothered towards us. I’m not sure if I want to come back especially to dine-in again.

This is my favourite KB & Co location! Not only are my smoothies always the perfect consistency! The manager is so kind, the location is clean, inviting and all the staff are so friendly! I am always beyond impressed when I order from here, whether I come in, or order on Skip! I am so happy KB is on the Northside!
