“My husband and I had a fantastic experience at lotuc restaurant. The service was excellent- the staff were incredibly warm and friendly. They made us feel right at home. But the real star of the show was the food. We had the chenjeh kebab, and it was absolutely delicious. The flavors were incredible, and the meat was cooked perfectly.“
“I placed an order for the beef kabob platter and the meat pie. The kabob platter was a typical Middle Eastern dish. The sirloin beef cubes were succulent, although occasionally slightly chewy. Nevertheless, they were well done, tender and tasty. The meat pie was well-seasoned and served warm on an attractive wooden platter. The bread was warm, fluffy, and enjoyable. The fries were crispy, and the white rice was well-buttered, aromatic, and a comfortable pilaf on the palate, even though it was just plain white rice. A complimentary large pita bread, fresh from the oven, is provided, accompanied by hummus, yogurt dip, and a delectable Turkish salsa (name unknown). Complimentary tea is also offered. Our meal was enjoyable, and the table service was standard, without any exceptional features. It is important to note that water service is not provided, and water must be purchased. Additionally, the establishment charges a 1.25% fee for using a credit card.“
“Had plans to take pics and post them but the food was so yummy I realized later that I didn’t take any!!! Very clean and the service was amazing can’t say enough about how good the food is.Must try for yourself to find out ! Enjoy ☺️“
“Amazing services, staff are super welcoming. Clean place. Prices are decent. Can’t stop hyping this place up the food and plates are so professionally done. Owners are very nice guys. We ordered for 8 which included Chicken shawarma plates, hummus, the kabab dishes which includes kafta, chicken and meat, fries, rice, tabouli, fatoush, lentil soup. Absolutely delicious and amazing looking dishes. Highly recommend this restaurant.“
“I just had a dinner with my dad the other night and this place is gold for local restaurant. It may be a smaller quaint place but the food is off the hook. I usually get the spread or beef donair platter and everything on it is amazing. I have been coming here for a couple of years and I have never had any complaints.I think the only thing is the portion sizes can be massive but honestly it usually provides me 2 meals. But I just absolutely love this place since I started going. Would definitely recommend for a big meal or a take out meal!??Dietary restrictions: They have plenty of options especially if you can’t eat certain fruits or veggies.Parking: Parking spots are smaller and share with other businesses. They usually have an abundance of parking though.Wheelchair accessibility: Its not an auto door but it is accessible.“
“I first went to sals in Morinville with a buddy for lunch and needless to say since I’ve been back a few times to both the Morinville and Edmonton locations. Both locations are run by husband and wife (both awesome people) super friendly and great service! I have been meaning to write a review for a bit and tonight’s service was amazing. A minor mistake on their part (I assume it was maybe someone in training who made the mistake) lead to the owner (wife) owning it and going above and beyond for me. I have not received customer service like that in years ! Too many company’s care about the all mighty dollar and not enough about the precious people who are spending their hard earned dollar at their establishments. I actually felt like I mattered to the owner ❤️ I live on the southside and when I have a hunger for a calzone I call sals and get the east coast with extra sweet sauce on the side and no onions. Highly recommend checking them out if you haven’t been yet!!! Great/friendly staff and a genuine customer care The food is great and priced fairly I’ll keep coming back as long as the same owners run it the same way Keep up the amazing customer service Thank you again I appreciate being treated like a valued customer and not a dollar bill. It didn’t let me post a star rating for this review 5 STARS ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️“
“Authentic Lebanese shawarma made the right way fresh off the cone and not stored in heating containers. All ingredients were fresh and tasty. Thank you for a wonderful meal.Vegetarian options: There are a variety of vegetarian and vegan options too“
“There was a small snag in our reservation. They had us written down for the wrong time but luckily they were able to accommodate our party of 8 anyways. Everything we had was really good and decently priced. I liked that there was an option to adjust the salt and the spice level of the food. A must try dish is the eggplant...very garlicky and full of flavor! Also check out their selection of Chinese pop... The lychee one was yummy! The place is small but the food came relatively quickly. We didn't know how much to order as it was our first time there but it was easy to order more as we went. It's a perfect place to meet friends for drinks and small bites.Parking: Can be difficult to find parking on busy days like the weekends. The lot is not very big“
“A must try is their Halwa Puri, we have tried other restaurants Halwa puri as well, however Chutney's puri is far far better. It’s almost oil free( not like other Restaurants puri where it’s dripping).A big shout out to Chutney Restaurant South for improving their Quality and Quantity.Highly Recommended.“
“Came into Turquaz for iftar on a Saturday and given that it’s a Saturday night during Ramadan, and we came at 7:30 when iftar is 7:57, the service was extremely fast and wasn’t sacrificed with bad food! Our server Rehana took our orders very quickly as she wanted to make sure we were getting our food for iftar!Rehana was super friendly and happy to see us come in and handled this extreme iftar rush with great composure and confidence!Theres one thing to have great food but it’s another to have excellent top of the notch service!Shout out to our server Rehana and the entire Turquaz staff for the excellent hospitality and service.“
