This new/refreshed location is nice and the food was good, but the customer service here is nonexistent. Self-Order kiosks are setup inside, nobody at the counter to help you or offer to take your order. Loud laughing and cackling, between the staff in the back kitchen, is about the only thing that stands out here. I tried to sit down to enjoy my meal and had to leave early because the noise from the back was so over the top. I won't be going back. But, if you're ok waiting forever and doing self-checkout without speaking to a human, then this is the spot for you!

Worst experience yet I was In the store ordered inside on Apr.26/24 at 835pm ordered $15.99 2 can dine zinger meals and $3 dollar onion rings while waiting for my order the lady who was taking order at the front served the next customer he ordered share bucket for his family she explained sides but failed to mention fries the guy was a side got gravy and cold slaw he thought fries were a given he grabbed his food sat down with his family after spending $40 dollars he realized there was no fries he went back to the front and the lady said no fries cause she failed to tell him it was a side so he sat back with his family with no fries then the lady taking order while wearing same glove touching everything plus till and reciets and also food with out changing her gloves rubbing her nose and picking garbage up off the floor the made a joke about those people ordered gravy with no fries to her coworkers making the customer seem stupid then my order was up I was supposed to get 2 small fries she only put one in the bag and my onion rings there were only 4 ring in the bag and barely small fries I counted them there was like 15 fries and another lady gave me my bag I glanced she repeated my order from the reciets but the rude lady packed it I saw her kinda smiling and giggling under her breath I thought nothing of it I got home realized one small fry with 15 fries and 4 onion ring so in other word the lady's getting her kicks ripping people off she should be fired I go in every Friday since they reopened after Dec 2023 but since she took over on the evening shift it's been going down hill she needs to be fired for cleanliness and rudeness and failing to pack orders right and laughing about it I consider it stealing and I'm not sure If I will ever return to this location again unless she's gone she even seems rude to her staff member I loved my Friday routine me and my misses and now while I'm writing this review me and my wife feel sick from the food I don't think I will return to the location unless she is fired I don't recommend this place it's getting worse now I have to find a new Friday routine and I recommend not to going tho this location unless you wanna get ill I would like the support or owner to reply he needs to fix it before more customers like me stop going there I would like to talk to them and also I noticed Friday is getting less and less traffic so good luck if you go here if you want to ruin a kfc experience and get treated poorly and feel sick after a meal I will return maybe one the cleanliness and rudeness is removed ......

I wasn’t shocked to see all the 1 star reviews left on google after I just left this place. I also wondered why I was the only car in the drive thru on TOONIE TUESDAY. I POLITELY asked the food be fresh as I hate eating stale fries. It is my right considering I paid $27 for this nasty food. It took me about 20 seconds to order and drive to the window where they had my food ready. I touched and ate one fry and it was STALE & COLD. I told the worker at the window, who was also rude and had attitude, that it was not fresh, to which she proceeded to lie and say that it was, knowing DAMN WELL it wasn’t. After lying she made me park out front to remake the fries. Came out and handed me it with attitude. I touched them and they were actually hot this time. However I did not complain about the popcorn chicken which was also COLD and likely had been sitting there for hours. So disgusting. I will NEVER be returning here again. Waste of $27. Which is extremely overpriced for a few pieces of nasty greasy chicken and fries. Terrible customer service. I hope they shut down.

I love KFC so much and I do always go on this location. Service, and store wise was excellent . However, this morning I bought their chicken and got stomach upset and co worker as well. What would you feel if you feel if your excitement turns to something terrible day.
