Wouldn’t allow me to use SPC card food was flavorless and cold yet it took forever. Also kinda unsanitary to be touching everything and handling food. Also I can’t understand the employees.
The chicken we ordered has no taste on it. Seems like there no salt on the mix ???

The manager here at the Kingsway Mall KFC prevented his cashier staff from giving us gravy on top of our order of mashed potatoes. Nothing wrong with the cashier staff here, they were willing to do it, and this request (free gravy on mashed potatoes) is standard across ALL KFC OUTLETS. But the floor manager here today (Sep 04 2023) demanded that we buy the gravy separately ($7 for a tiny box of gravy). We will now be boycotting this KFC branch going forward and we recommend against them for anyone reading this.

I been going here for years since I use to work in the kingsway mall. Staff was always nice to me.Like everywhere KFC. Most days its really good and and at the odd times sometimes I get a dry chicken. Its all good. I like the location. I still go there. I don't mind waiting at times because its the mall. Alot of people go there.I also I know which times are best to go for fresh cooked chicken :)
Very slow in making food. Had no time diligence. Didn’t give receipts to customers for easy pick up. Waited 20 mins for a wrap. Probably not going back
