I love the food here its relatively good price but the staff can be mean. So I always order a Pepperoni pineapple pizza and some popcorn chicken not a hard order. The last few times I've been told it will be a several minute wait for it. Understandable if they need to get more pineapple ready. Well the most recent time the staff tried to tell me it was undo able. Twice I have come in and asked for a freshly cooked big crunch sandwich. The lady behind the counter got me exactly what I asked for. Today. I came in again and asked for the same thing. The guy behind the counter said yes it will be fresh, and even confirmed the length of time it would take to cook a new one. He leaned behind the counter and said that I wanted it fresh.
