all I wanna say is the bathrooms really need to be cleaned. the femine hygiene bins in the stalls are packs and it smells foul in there.

We had organized a party at Khazana last week and it was a memorable experience. The staff was very mindful of a great service and as always the ambiance is gorgeous!!Parking: Parking can be a bit if a hassle due to ongoing construction in downtown but there is paid and street parking options.

Atmosphere amazing, food delicious, but the servers seem to have no idea what’s going on. Maybe having 4 different people waiting on the same table isn’t the greatest idea? The restaurant isn’t busy, there’s lots of staff, manager behind the bar it seems, but really frustrating customer experience. Won’t be back again.

I recently dined at Khazana Restaurant in downtown Edmonton and wanted to share my experience. Unfortunately, it left much to be desired.Seating and Service: Despite having a reservation, we were initially directed to an undesirable corner table attached to a broken one. After requesting a change, the girl server informed us that all tables were reserved, even though more than 70% of the restaurant remained empty. Thankfully, a male server merged our table with another. However, the initial seating arrangement was disappointing.Food Quality: The starters were enjoyable, but the smoked paneer arrived cold. Our main course was satisfactory, although the serving utensils had changed, resulting in smaller portions compared to previous visits. The cumin rice was a letdown—overpowered by cumin and a burnt cumin flavor.Customer Service: During payment, we shared our feedback with the girl server. Unfortunately, she responded with a brief “sorry for the problem” without truly addressing our concerns.Overall Experience: As regular customers, we were disappointed with this visit. Our bill totaled $135, and we do not intend to return.While Khazana Restaurant has its merits, this particular experience fell short. I hope they take customer feedback seriously and strive for improvement.

Amazing Service, Beautiful Restaurant, ofcourse, the meal they serve is superb. I went there two days ago, and Enjoyed there famous preplated dinner and it was commendable. Thankyou Khazana for being our favourite restaurant as we are your regular customers, moreover, I have noticed a review on this site by “Taruneet Kaur”. I CAN’T BELIEVE that someone could do this delibrately because It is FAKE for sure. Khazana is the best restaurant of our town and your FAKE COMMENT is something which is not acceptable, maybe she was looking for free food thats why she shown a hair in the meal which I could never believe because I am a regular customer and We visit there because of there perfect service, perfect meal and what else I could say? I just wanna say that dear FAKE PEOPLE, find some other place to play with to show your fakeness, not Khazana.

Wow wow wow!!!I went to Khazana after a long time as moved to other province for some time. But Honestly, the food the atmosphere the staff everything is just beyond perfect.I went there with my wife nd daughter and had one of the best dine-in experience.The fire place near the table is so relaxing, oh gosh I just love the environment.Cherry on cake is the delicious food, obviously for which we went there. We ordered their famous veg platter it was awesome and got to try alot of things at such a reasonable cost. I must say do go there and try their veg gravies and garlic naan. It's awesome. Love this place. ❤❤❤❤

So , yesterday me and my friend went to this restaurant after having their food when we come outside my friend was just telling she was not well after just 15 min she was just unconscious we just called an emergency she was in hospital just because she was she couldn’t able to go work she lives here by herself. I called them to told these all things because these all thing just happened because of their food the manger told me I can refund your but I can’t do anything else oh gosh are you even serious she is sick what about her work her pay they are only responsible of her health.
