When we were originally determining the menu, Susie was very open and willing to customize her offerings for our needs which was very nice! She accommodated our allergy/dietary restrictions too! We had Let's eat catering for our wedding this October. To say the least, Susie was very personable, professional and amazing to work with. She did not rush me choosing my menus, and made me comfortable speaking out what we wanted for our wedding. Her menus are customizable and she worked not only efficiently but gave me so much variety & better options within my budget. I added desserts and appetizers with her as well, which was just what I needed for 1 stop shopping. Everyone complimented on the tiramisu cakes- which were gone in few minutes.. Everyone loved her salmon and all her food was very delicious. My husband and I really enjoyed her dill pickle pasta salad! Her crew was very kind and professional to work with. Susie and her crew came prepared on time to serve our guests and that was one of the most important check list for us- not only to serve good food- but to serve our guests on TIME. My mom was overwhelmed trying to cook food for kids (they were having other food) and the ladies told my mom to go and not to worry and helped finish cooking the kids food! They were a blessing!Food was amazing !So flexible to work with she provides so many options to get your perfect meal. 10/10

She is the type of person that doesn't make you feel rushed, makes sure you are comfortable with your decisions and truly like what you are picking, and really seems like she cares about you and your special day. The food was the cherry on top. I knew from the moment we tried the salmon (which was THE most amazing salmon I think I'll ever have) that there was no one else for us. Our guests couldn't get over how good the pierogis were, the salads were a big hit, and people were getting up for third helpings long after they were full.
