Hotel is very clean and inviting ! Dinner and breakfast both delicious . Great location and parking was good as well . Love that you had a housecoat in the room for me to use. Close to royal museum and Starbucks along with right close to jasper ave for entertainment.
We were in Edmonton for the weekend and whenever we come to Edmonton we stay at the Matrix. It is usually a couple of times a year. We had the Sterling Suite on the 9th Floor….it was fine….it is beginning to show its age with the tile and the rug….my biggest complaint were the towels in the bathroom - thin thin and very grey. Cordial front desk and housekeeping staff. Spacious and mostly clean room. Comfy and clean bed. Spotless loo.Close to eateries. Nice view from the room’s window. Good hairdryer and shower. Loo was less spacious. Wifi needs to be connected more than once in a day. Room carpet between table below TV and work desk could be better cleaned.
