Used to have great premium toppings and had a crafty feel. Now it's basically the subway for pizza. No more blue cheese, spicy pepperoni or roasted pineapple all is canned and looks it. Different signature pizza's than other locations. Not worth the price. Cut some of the fresh toppings. Just a huge sad face that it is not the same and another tasty neighborhood place sucks.

The pizza was very nice. The spice level was perfect on their Buffalo signature pizza.

Today, my partner and I ordered a LOVEPIZZA (Downtown) Plain Jane pizza (16”*6”), added the gluten-free option for an extra $3.5, and selected 3 toppings, one of which was Fresh Arugula. We paid $32 plus a $5 tip (Uber Eats). However, we received a round pizza that was 8 inches in diameter with wilted yellow-brown arugula! We have been to this place before and ordered the same pizza, which was delicious and everything was great. But today, on Valentine's Day, what a disappointment. We called the place twice, explaining that we paid for a 16*6 inch pizza with fresh arugula, but received an 8-inch pizza with wilted arugula for $32. However, the woman on the phone refused to cooperate and insisted that we received what we ordered, stating that they don't have a different size for gluten-free. She told us to eat what we got (even though we had selected a different pizza). I explained that nowhere was it stated that we would receive a pizza half the size for an additional charge. No matter how much I tried to explain that this was not what I ordered, and that for $32 I could have ordered a regular pizza if it had been stated anywhere that the size would be half (not to mention the wilted arugula). They really ruined our celebration and didn't even apologize.

This location makes great food but it went from being my fave place to go on lunch to the worst with their redesign.I can't say I blame them going to a smaller footprint in this day of restaurants but going there for lunch where they only really have 3 tables is tough. If I have to go to another place to sit down and eat my food I'm just not going to eat there.I did mention that there was no place to sit and they just said "I guess it's to go."Also no place to really queue up and order at lunch means that every one was just in a big huddle at the front blocking the entrance/exit.So if you are downtown heading for a place to sit down for lunch. Why even bother. If you are ordering out its really tasty thin crust pizza.

Fantastic pizza, great presentation, and quality was not impacted by the fact that we did delivery instead of dining in. Lots of delicious, unique options.

Canterra location: It's been a few years since I've been here and it has changed! It's super small now and isn't really that big for a dine in location. Staff is friendly though but it was dead which makes me wonder of the downsize has something to do with it? Anyways I got the City Market pizza and it was delicious! I also got an order of the boneless Buffalo chicken wings bc they are on special for $6.99 on Wednesdays - also pretty good!

We came for the deal on Monday (2 for $25) while I won't order the same pizza again, it was an interesting experience! Will be going back for sure. Bring your own drink for sure

Ordered and paid for a large pizza as part of a delivery order, received a small. Staff hung up on me and refused to rectify the situation when I called back. Pizza was mediocre at best, but the service was downright rude. Paid for a product I never received. Would not recommend.

This was BEYOND disappointing... I cracked a box on the way home and initially thought they completely missed the pulled chicken, only to get home and realize that it's more of a moist-free "chicken floss", and present mostly in tiny DNA fragments. Two of three pizzas were drowning in sauce such that everything slid off if you attempted to eat it like actual pizza. Soggy and claggy crust all around.I'd sooner buy a Dr. Oetker frozen pizza than ever order here again.

I have been here a few times and it was good but this last time there were different employees and it was disappointing .First off I arrived and the employee was busy doing delivery orders and there was another employee a female who popped out for a short bit but then disappeared .I was left standing there waiting for probably 5 minutes which was a bit long but okay . I noticed there were no pizza crusts ready and the woman eventually came over and made one but its quality was so so ..its was really thin in spots and had holes .The other guy , a younger indian employee ,eventually got to me and he used that thin crust w holes and then went thin on the toppings which was disappointing . I didn't say anything but that sealed it that I'll never go backThe pizza was nothing like what I had during prior experiences . It was just tomato sauce and cheese mainly and the crust was hard / crumbly where it was too thinI'm not sure why the woman could not have helped me seeing the other guy was busy with delivery pizzas ....and not sure why they were going so thin on the toppings trying to save it I'm assuming
