I got here just as it was closing but was still able to grab a drip coffee and some pastries. The mini caramel muffin was so yummy - and that’s coming from someone who isn’t usually a muffin person!! Delicious brew, and great customer service! I wish there were better tables to settle down at, but otherwise a very nice coffee spot downtown

Lui-Chi's is one of my absolute favourite coffee shops in the city. The staff are really friendly and they provide a vibrant and unique atmosphere. The coffee is amazing. It's not bitter like a lot of other coffee shops and the pastries are wonderful. Best of all is that they are dog-friendly. I highly recommend a visit to Lui-Chi's. It's a definite hidden gem.Parking: In the mornings, I am always able to park in front of their building where it's free for the first 15 minutes.

I was walking thru the pedway in Stantec Tower, and totally got interested after seeing its coffee cart/truck parked there!! It's a Daihatsu Midget II !!! It's so cool!!The coffee was great! I will be back for more.

This coffee shop is quite unique for its antique look. The coffee machine, grinder and all the details are made by the owner, you feel like you have entered a mini museum. The owner serves you coffee and pastries and of course would happily walk you through all the amazing parts of his coffee shop. You can also enjoy a gorgeous plant wall as well as several paintings by Albertan artists. This coffee shop is dog friendly, also 10% of the sales goes to a dog shelter according to the owner. It is located in one of the best parts of the downtown.
