I have been here a few times, tucked in a quieter section of the mall, it's a great place to relax a little in style. The lemon tart is what brings me in, but their drinks are good too.

Was splitting a cheesecake sundae with my boyfriend, we ate a little over half of the portion, then on one of the spoonfuls we saw hair in the sundae. We went and showed them and they said “ew that’s disgusting,” then offered more ice cream which we turned down. Then I said I would just like a refund instead. The girl then gave me a look like “are you serious?” Then said “well you guys ate most of it” I was absolutely baffled. Why would we want more ice cream with hair on it when we already got grossed out. Just unbelievable. Entitled and lazy workers who didn’t want to do their job as it was close to closing time. I’m sure a refund takes a lot of time on the till and their feet hurt so they didn’t want to. Anyways I would never recommend this unsanitary location. The one downtown is much better. Time I was there was around 8:25 on Monday 7th of August

I wish i can give them 0 rating I ordered from them cake and they send me only candles it’s my husband’s birthday and I can’t go out because i have newborn when I called that lady yelled at me when i ask about manager she ignored me and hang up the phone I never go there again

I brought my 13 year old sister here because she loves Marble Slab and she hadn’t had it in a while. Something worth mentioning is that my little sister has autism. Nothing serve she just has some trouble communicating and some problems picking up social cues, despite all that she wanted to order for herself to “make sure they made no mistakes”. I was okay with that because she’s perfectly capable of it. When we approached it was incredibly busy, but we were okay with waiting. The first red flags were the two workers just sitting there talking while all the other employees we’re working like crazy doing 100 things at once. This could’ve been their break time though so I didn’t think much of it. That was until one of them started to take my little sisters order. Not only was this lady laughing at my little sister right in front of her, she was mocking me while I tried to intervene because she was being so rude. This worker who looked to be around 18-19 so this definitely wasn’t her first job didn’t even come to the counter to take our order she just yelled from across the store which caused my sister some stress. This was such a terrible experience both me and my sister were being laughed at and these two employees kept talking in between taking our order. The rest of the workers were very nice at least, but those two workers just made it so terrible that I can’t even give it two stars. I would NEVER recommend going here.
The service was terrible, the lady there gave me and my boyfriend complete sass when we didn't do anything. She glared and talked in a very rude tone the while time, we still enjoyed out icecream

Bought a cookies and cream ice cream cake through uber eats thinking it would look like the image and to my surprise I paid $39.99 for a thin vanilla cake with a little bit of chocolate drizzle and a hand full of cookie crumbs utterly disappointed

My wife and I bought a take home ice cream liter to enjoy in our hotel room. We got to hotel room just to find out it had been mislabeled with the wrong flavor. They had already closed so went back the next night and asked for a replacement. They said they couldn’t do anything for us. Not our mistake, but I guess that’s what you get for not checking what’s in the container at the store. Very disappointed with lack of willingness to fix a mistake THEY made.
