Tried this location and was very disappointed. Junior Chicken burger was bad. Big Mary Brown chicken sandwich had brown lettuce. Took for ever in the drive thru to get order. Will not be coming back to this location again

Order was incorrect and when we took back the next day owner argued and said we got what we ordered. Business must be good to lose a customer and get a bad review over a $5 piece of chicken. You can do better. Bad customer service .

I’ll stay by saying this was our last straw. We will be going to the 50th street location from here on out no problems.Every time I come here they forget something. Don’t give me a receipt and now I’m gone. Charges us for dessert but don’t put them in the bag. Totally scamming people when EVERY ORDER something is forgotten. To the old man who is working. Slow down and stop forgetting peoples stuff or, stop scamming people and pocketing cash. It’s really frustrating and when you read other reviews in here you can see it.Going even further. We asked for extra pickles and they don’t even add that on. Stop being cheap and treat customers like customers not a paycheck. Legit don’t even know if this chicken is cooked it’s so cold.I’m not going back to try and get my dessert. We are just not coming back. We will put the warning out to others. Enough bad service in this city.

The guy taking our order at the drive-thru was very rude. All we said was hello after waiting 10 min without any response or saying sorry about the wait nothing and he snapped saying you have to wait at least another couple minutes in a very rude tone. We have been sitting in the drive-thru for 20 min and still have yet to order. We went inside afterwards and no one was inside. Sooo busy. Never go here.So Update it took 37 min from the time I was in the drive-thru (second in line) until we received our food. Never I repete never come here. Also the lettus is brown and sour totally disgusting I also asked for a tot poutine... it's not a tot poutine.... worst experience in my life.

It’s the staff that make this business a phenomenal experience.I recently visited Mary Brown's Chicken on 23rd Ave and was really impressed. The fried chicken was amazing - crispy on the outside and super juicy inside. The seasoning was flavorful, and you could tell the chicken was fresh not cheap.I also tried their Taters, which were crispy and delicious. The staff was friendly and the service was fast. Overall, a great place for a tasty halal chicken.
