Have gone to this location over 5 years now, but since there are new people running the place in the last year or so, food quality has gone downhill, poutine is always dry, a big lump of fries, chicken is more dried out, and today waited almost 30 minutes for food, unfortunately won't be going back to this location. Customer service is poor compared to previous management

I used to like this location. Something changed. Food is no longer good. Waited 40 minutes for fresh cooked, and the chicken was still soggy as heck. Gravy wasn't very good either. Fries were okay. Even at opening at 11 in the morning, Wed, Sept 6th, the floors were dirty, and the bathroom hadn't been cleaned in at least 3 days. If I had seen the bathroom first, I would have never eaten here. I'm not going back to this location.

Lady taking the order barely spoke English. I had to slowly repeat my order 4 times and she kept getting it wrong. She even starting talking about picking up the order at the back door?! It was making no sense at all!! My family also was new to Canada a generation ago and I'm not racist but it should be common sense to not have people answer your phones who can't really understand the language yet. In case you want to listen to the call, it was Saturday August 12 @ 4:25pm. Chicken was good, taters were all over cooked and crunchy.

Ordered from this location on skip the dishes when I received my order it was the worst chicken sandwich I have ever had! I have been a loyal customer for many years! The manager contacted me and wanted to make it up to me, he was concerned to have an unhappy customer, not sure who was working the evening I ordered as I said it was delivered by courier. I went to the location myself the next time to try them again and the woman working gave me extra what I had ordered, was very friendly! I will now change my decision based on one delivery they do try hard to make their customers happy! The next meal I purchased was excellent!Parking: Lots of parking space out front of location
