We came to Edmonton after a long trip from Saskatoon and Calgary to try their barbecue, and so we ordered it. We waited for about 10 or so minutes before they told us the barbecue was not in stock. Disappointed, we got up and politely asked they not continue the rest of the order (just one other dish) because that was the dish we came here for, and left. The server chased after us in the parking lot to tell us the barbecue would be cooked if we were willing to wait for another 20 minutes to half an hour. We decided not to as the service was not that great and he was not very welcoming to begin with.

Kid-friendliness: Great with kids, they don't mind the loud voices of the kids.

Overall its fine. Please dont forget to inform the guest if your including gratuity in the bill to avoid double tipping.

Overrated. There’s better Filipino restaurants in the city. Lumpia Sariwa is too cold the wrapper is so thick. There were three servers and none checked on us

Really disappointed with today’s service and also with the food itself. The bulalo tasted like salty water with soggy corn and also the pork sisig had more onions than meat. As you can see in the picture we weren’t able to finish all the food because of how disappointed we were. I also AGREE with the other people’s reviews NO HOSPITALITY at all , I get that we have to pack our leftovers ourselves but cmon I had to walk to the til to ask for some to go boxes and even for my bill because no one was there to actually serve us.

So unfair adding gratuity, the service is very poor no one checking our table take 20mins the server came to take our order, after take another 10mins to bring our drinks. It is fine to give tips if the service they give is great.

Unfair and doesn’t comply from the agreement. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ????I had my civil wedding in this restaurant. They booked us in one specific room (forgot what they called it) but when we arrive during the wedding, the set up was in a different room, and the room that we booked had a different event going on. They just change our venue without asking us. Everything was different from what we have expected. Also, i have a kids during my ceremony (below 4) which they said they would not charge me but after the ceremony one of their waiter told me that I still have to pay for the kids.My friend and I was about to book a bday party of our babies this summer but after what we experienced we just decided not to.

Food was mediocre. Small portions and expensive. There's better options out there.

$200 for a very small amount of food. No bag for take out even though I paid the fee, but every other person walking out with take out got a bag. Packaged so poorly, oil leaked all over my car. Will never order again.

Food is good. Service is awful. Don't expect the Filipino Hospitality here. For how expensive it was, it's not worth it. Just support smaller Filipino restaurants.I've had better service at a random hole in the wall restaurants out here in Edmonton. You can also sense some discrimination from the staff here. Not coming back for sure. Also we were charged for $50 gratuity for bad service. So undeserving. Thumbs down.

My daughter's birthday celebration with family and friends. IGrace and Ryan did a great job on thenpresentation of foods and the venue. They were empowered and resilient workers that we noticed. they are both accomodating. the Max's chicken , yoir signature food were so dry and the old oil that used we could taste. ginisa lng na fulay instead of chopsuey that I ordered. the pancit Canton was so salty. The calderata and the cebuchon were awesome. i was expecting that all of yiur foods are 100 percent delicious . You should tell the truth to me about the taste of your Max's chicken . before putting them on the table.that there s something went wrong about the cooking to five me another option . In shirt tell the truth and give me another options of yiur chicken . I chose you because of your food khit nga mas mahal kyo at malayo sa amin . guaranteed naman . pero nangyari sa akin. Most of my visitors had the same complaint. Matagal ko ng booked to . All of my visitors were there because of your foods. I was so disappointed. was so disappointed with your signature fried chicken taste. Alam ni Mercy the manager sa kaya ako nagbiok.

Held my Birthday here last Saturday and all my guests loved the cleanliness of the place, the food presentation, the superb service & the food tasted amazing! I booked my event with Ate Mercy Mendoza and it went so smoothly. She made the process so easy for me and helpfully gave me suggestions to make my party a success. I highly recommend this place & will definitely be back for my next event!
