Some lady got off her shift and budded in line right in front of me. I told her she started issues for us telling the cashier something aboutbus in her own language that caused us to wait also 15 mins for our food and it was cold and had no sauce! They are racists or they just don't care about acting like a human being.

Might be the most annoying mcdonalds in the city. The parking lot is terrible and is filled with different "reserved spots" and if you go through the drive thru they will make you pull out front and wait even if there is no one behind you. I can't even yell you also how many times I had items missing from my order from this location.

Specifically said gravy on the side but gravy was already on the fries. And came with somehow extra gravy but not sweet and sour sauce for the McNuggets. McNuggets are also dry as hell. I brought my own bag so when check in the staff asked do you need a bag for 15 cents I said no thank you I have my own. Overcharged for $4. Not coming back for next time.

it's impossible to visit this McDonald's without them missing something from our order or just messing up our order entirely. i just don't get how one establishment can be so incompetent. the owners and managers of this franchise need a hard reality check because this specific location is absolute trash every time. i live nearby and it's convenient, but i'm going to give up on it honestly. too much money wasted on items we don't even get in our order. i'm sorry but get it together... brutal

legit would classify this as the best McDonald’s in the city. the drive-thru is fast, the food is always hot, and their coffee tastes GOOD and not burnt or old like it does at so many other locations! my partner and I even say they always have the “A-Team” working because of how good their drive-thru service is!

I came to this McDonald’s to dine in. I stood at the counter with no one even bothering to take my order for 5 minutes. I finally asked someone “can I order from the register?”. The girl was mopping the floor and wearing NO gloves. She looked annoyed and bothered. She was a high schooler, wearing a hijab and a blue McDonald’s tshirt. She didn’t greet me or interact with me at all. I asked if I can have fresh fries and she mumbled “yea”. She proceeded to walk to the fryer and dump out a basket of fries that was sitting there for awhile. She served me with dirty hands that she was cleaning the restaurant with, without wearing gloves. She gave me burned, dried out fries. They were dark and overcooked. She handed me a drink cup, touching the top of the cup with her dirty hands that she touched the filthy mops with.. The restaurant was packed by the time I sat down so I didn’t want to take the food back and stand in line and leave my things unattended at the table. I ate which ever fries weren’t totally dry and hard. When I finished my burger, I took the fries to the counter to show the manager. I asked “can I talk to your manager? I want to show her something?” A Filipino woman said “I am the manager” but she was wearing a blue tshirt and no badge that said manager. She kept apologizing and I said “it’s not your fault, but please train your staff to be more careful and clean their hands before touching food. They could poison us!” She offered a coupon for a free burger but I never want to eat here again. They are unsanitary. The restaurant was full of garbage and trays full of food left on tables. The floor had food all over it. I would never go in here again and if you care about food poisoning, you shouldn’t eat here either.
