Staff are very aggressive towards homeless, and q lot of them here. The manager and staff as well. Surprisingly the security officer attending once time i noticed had compassion and offered water and hand warmers while being polite.
Staff were very friendly here, efficient at taking orders and were able to deal with a coupon quickly too. Getting the food out was done within a reasonable timeframe. Restaurant was kept well cleaned too. Food was fine, some was a little cold but otherwise okay.

Best coffee and my favourite fast food! I must say that the service is usually always slow though so it isn't as fast as it used to be but still your money's worth considering the cost of things nowadays!
