Horrible experience. They added extra items to my order in the drive through and when I told them it was on the screen they rudely told me no its not. Got my order and sure enough extra items were in the bag and they charged me for them. I showed them the receipt and she says we didn't charge you for it. But it was clearly written on the receipt. Then after arguing about it for a few minutes, she rudely closes the window on me while I'm calmly explaining her mistake to her. I don't mind mistakes but the way this was handled was atrocious. Somebody needs a lesson in customer service. Eventually the team lead was able to sort it out and I got my refund that the other worker tried to deny me even though she was in the wrong.

I usually order from this branch of Mc.Donald’s but this never happened. I never wanted to give a bad review but, after today I’m never going to order from this location.So I ordered 2 “regular big macs” for my husband and two “big macs no meat” for me as I am pure vegetarian. But these guys somehow gave me all four burgers with meat. And it was literally 1:00 am and I live 20 minutes away from the Mc Donald's location. Never going there again!!!!

Asked for a key to the bathroom. Was told I needed to make a payment to use the bathroom. Frustrated, I went to H&R block where I had an appointment. Was told their bathroom was out of service and they directed me back to the McDonald's.I asked for the manager because I didn't want to have to pay to use the bathroom. The interaction could only be described as hostile. I was already a little frustrated as I really needed to use the bathroom and was ALREADY denied service, her response "not my problem."She still surprisingly let me use the bathroom, I was expecting her to get combative and deny me service yet again.Horrible policy, horrible response from the manager. Way to turn something simple as needing to use the bathroom into an issue. Way to treat people as less than human, really great.

I ordered through drive-thru and obviously had some missing items from my order. Ordered fries and those were full of salt, seemed and tasted like they’ve given me salt only. Had the worst experience at this location of Mcd in the whole city.

I wouldn't feed this food to my ex wife..when you can find an old Hamburger your kid dropped 7 years ago and made its way into the back seat floor..and it's still looks relatively the same as when you ordered it.that's just plain scary
