Edit: today I was told by an employee that my iced coffee wasn't supposed to be mixed, leaving the cream entirely floating on the top. Anyone who knows how to do their job would realize an iced coffee should be fully mixed. Someone on the line takes extra mayo as a challenge. My food should not be so drenched in mayo that the insides of the sandwich are slipping from out of the bagel with every bite, and mayo oozes out of all the edges and the centre of the bagel. Its absolutely disgusting and is the opposite of convenience.
