Awesome location and sat and ate on the 2nd floor. Great service. Manager was Tiffany i believe. Very friendly and accommodating. Slight complaint would be that the fries weren't quite fresh-but I'm picky. Didn't seem too busy when we were there around 4pm 4.5/5 STARS overallParking: Busy area. Parking is in demand

Paid extra for promotional McNugget sauce at the drive-through. After getting home to my surprise, there was no promotional McNugget sauce. My disappointment is immeasurable, and my day is ruined.

McDonalds food is always consistent but the staff here are not good. We ordered a cheeseburger with only ketchup. We got home and unwrapped a bun with ketchup, no meet, no cheese , no anything, just ketchup. I GUESS IT'S OUR FAULT FOR NOT BEING CLEAR. the next week, we went back, ordered a cheeseburger with patty, cheese and ketchup. The staff member says "obviously there is a patty and cheese, you don't need to say that". WELL YES WE DO.Look, I am never rude to any staff of any establishment, and I get that people make mistakes. I don't send food back, I don't go and make a scene, I don't ask for money back. But don't patronize me for clarifying something that I also didn't think I needed to clarify! I go to a different location now.

Today Tuesday February 27 at around 3:40 am I went to McDonalds and I made the same order I always make and I asked them for fresh fries which made them pissed off I guess. The burgers (3) were the worst I have ever seen in my entire life. The fries were too salty, the burgers it's like they poured extraaaaaaaa of everything. I am really disappointed. I am not one to complain but I will be reporting to Head office. I shouldn't be punished all because I asked for fresh fries.

The service was alright. We had to wait for our order which isn't out of the normal but we were continually interrupted during the drive thru ordering process which is very annoying and made me lose my train of thought a couple times. The food was typical McDonald's. It filled our stomachs until we got home with indigestion and diarrhea. We will avoid this place going forward.
