Might very well be the worst McDonald's in YEG. Always screwing up the order. Staff has no idea what's on their own menu. Huge language barrier constantly. Fries are always limp and cold (even when trying the no salt trick which I hate doing). Wouldnt hurt if they were trained to smile at the drive thru instead of almost tossing your food at you with a drippy, spilling overflowing cup of sticky pop. Thanks, now I can easily decide if I want to go next door to your competitors

Overall a reliable McDonald's - 9/10 times my order is correct, occasionally pickles get left on sandwiches or I have to ask for a missing item in the bag, staff always corrects these when asked.Drive-thru is absolutely prioritized here and is usually fast, if you have to go inside it can be a bit chaotic.For some reason, EVERY fountain drink I'm handed at the drive thru has pop on the outside of the cup. Every. Single. Time. I really don't understand why wiping the cup off before handing it to the customer isn't standard practice, since it's evidently a constant battle to keep the soda inside of the cups.TL;DR, Use the drive thru and be prepared to recieve your fountain drive with a napkin in hand.

The people in the drive thru working tonight asked me to pull up to the FIRST drive thru window and then leave me waiting 5 minutes just to pay for a coffee! First window means first window, not the pickup window. I told them about this and waited for a woman to come and tell me to pull up, no apology, no thank you. That’s pretty ridiculous when it’s not even busy (like 6 PM on a holiday Monday, seriously)? Get your act together, guys, this is basic. Pretty sure the other drivers behind me waiting weren’t happy either.
I find that when walking towards the washrooms, it smells like an outhouse. This is in on hwy 16A Spruce Grove. On the other hand the all staffs are great.Dietary restrictions: Like the muffins

Unsafe dining environment as homeless people wondering inside talking to themselves loudly and asking money from customers.The management don’t care about their customers’ dining experience and doing nothing about it.Don’t bring your kids in to this restaurant, it is not safe.
